Aleks was a great sales person to deal with. He handled all the paperwork, so I only dealt with one person. He was very patient and helpful, even though I had two kids under three with me.

I bought a used 2015 Camry SE i4 in September 2021 with 106k miles on it. As of April 2022, this is the best car ive ever owned. Now with 121k miles on the odometer. The only things ive done to it, is a few oil changes, a transmission fluid "drain-and-fill", and an installment of new tires. Very reliable in all conditions without sacrificing comfort. Looking for to putting 300k + on this car. Trademark Toyota reliability with the 2.5l 4cyl engine with the 6-speed automatic transmission.

Quick response; salesperson accommodated my schedule. Test drive was average length. I knew more about the car than the sales person did but it was an exotic car so that is understandable

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

If you are looking for a friendly, low pressure experience..then Surprise Ford should be your first stop. Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). We wasted time again and again test driving vehicles that the sales team wouldn't work with us on price. ..even though they knew our cash cap before the test drive. Finally a friend suggested to take a ride out to Surprise Ford..sure what's one more dealership, right? What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time

The SXE Camry is a comfortable, reliable and the only draw back is the plastic grills in the front . The front fenders and back should be more like the older models. The mpg is 23.9 after driving 8,000 miles. I believe the car is still breaking in. The sport economy mode gives you the best gas mpg. The sport mode has great steering and gripping the road going up hills and curves is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this model.

Great car and style leather is good and design is good love the subtle blue color of the exterior which also looks black and features are good

The best car to own to this day! it’s really reliable and saves on gas. Although I will say the interior quality is not the best and the first year of owning the car was a nightmare, it’s still a great car overall! ever since then, the car has never gave me any problems! definitely will recommend to get this car if you’re looking for a comfortable daily car since the base models come with standard safety sense!

There is a lot of noise from the roof when driving in the rain you can hear every raindrop that falls other than that it is a great car also the car sets a little too low making it difficult to enter and exit the car I may trade it for a toyota suv that sets up higher

The entire sales process through delivery were nothing short of extraordinary. This is primarily due to Jason Johnson (aka JJ). From start to finish, JJ was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. The car we were interested in was prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. The test drives were actually fun experiences and he must have answered 100 questions from us. BUT he was so pleasant to work with and never once said "what do I have to do to earn your business". His actions and demeanor are what earned our business. It takes time to purchase a car and he was respectful of the time we needed to make the decision. Prices and trade in value were fair and reasonable and beat the other four dealerships we visited. My wife said of JJ after the sales process was completed "can we take JJ home with us". We have the XSE model and we are really enjoying it. The body is stylish, but the most impressive thing is the handling and the way the car feels when driving. The suspension is tight as is the steering. We decided that we made a really good choice with this car. Anyone who likes driving and feeling the car as it drives, this car is for you.

Best Camry I have ever owned ans I have owned 5. The radar cruise control is amazing and maintains the distance set behind the car in front by slowing or speeding up automatically. The radar on the mirrors detects cars in your blindspot and warns you by a light in your mirror and warns you when drifting to another lane, pushing you back into your lane if you don't signal. The backup camera and rear warning system warns you of pedestrians or cars behind you. The automatic or manual transmission gives you more control. And the communication system is great with the extra features including communication through your phone whether it's locked, needs service, location, etc. It has all the features of a higher priced car and it looks very sporty. I love mine!

Purchased a very nice luxury car from out of state. Dealt with Moe the owner. Moe treated me with respect and honesty (which I greatly appreciated). We did a little haggling over the price and came to an agreement. I placed a deposit down to hold the car until the following Monday. Everything went smoothly and fast with my financial institution and the deal was finalized on Tuesday. I took a flight into Scottsdale arriving on Wednesday, and arriving late. Mr. Grant stayed in contact with me to pick me up from my hotel the next day, however they ended up being short staffed and requested I take an Uber and they'd reimburse me for the ride. Upon arrival, the car was as described and Chris completed my paperwork quickly. Moe came by and reimbursed me for my ride and I was on my way. I drove 1686 mile home the car ran perfectly and was a dream. There were a couple of functions not working by way of the key fob, however I believe it's just a matter of the key fob needing reprogrammed. My over all experience with this dealership was one of the best I've had. I had read many of the reviews on this dealership ( before purchasing the car I chose) and I can not speak to others experiences. That being said, everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful and very helpful. The car was as presented and I would highly recommend them and this dealership.

I purchased a new Toyota Tundra double cab from Riverview Toyota on December 31, 2022. My salesperson was Robert Hill. He was fantastic. Very helpful with the whole process, pricing, trade in, paperwork, getting side steps installed and delivery of the vehicle. I secured the deal via e-mail and then went into the dealership and signed the paperwork. The finance department was great as well. I was in and out in about an hour. Since the truck did not come with the side steps, they had to be installed which was a 3 day process. The dealership provided me a rental and Robert delivered my truck to me once they were installed. This place is amazing. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. THE BEST THING is that they allowed me to test drive it by myself and even take it to a mechanic to have it fully inspected before buying. This was by far the best thing about the dealership, especially because pep boys is right down the road for inspection. MOST DEALERSHIPS don’t allow you to have it inspected but there you go, avoid lemons by having it inspected. Demarea was VERY HELPFUL. We were able to negotiate the out the door price before going there, and really the fees are very minimal compared to most dealerships. Demarea and James Hunter are willing to work with you and your budget. Plus, I believe that their prices are below the average price. DOUBLE WIN. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I owned the following Camry's and final mileage 1989-260k 1990-200k 1999-246k 2006-215k All cars have been great, but the current car 2016 is the first Camry I have owned that started to use oil well before hitting 100k. Sure it is no where near the amount that car manufactures state is allowable oil usage limits. But that being said will see if this one turns 200k or not. 2016-120k

My purchase had some challenges however the GM of this store made it right by going above and beyond. Given that his actions corrected the deficiencies in my transaction and likely will make the dealership better in the future, I will say shop with confidence.
