Everyone I interacted with was positive and professional. Seth met me with a handshake when I arrived, and we parted the same way. Anyone can do a good job when things go right, your team made it work when there were challenges. Namely a dead battery and constant rain while trying to detail the vehicle. I was in the customer service business for nearly 50 years and it is easy for me to tell when employees are sincere with their interactions with me. Seth, Carl and Kate were always positive and professional, as was, I assume the used car manager that was on duty Saturday afternoon, but I regret forgetting his name. I will recommend Sheehy to family and friends without reservation and will certainly consider them in my next purchase.

Took a lot for use to leave Honda after 25 years but after a few hours with Steve, Sheehy Toyota and driving the 2018 Highlander, we were sold. I felt comfortable from the start with Jim. He was patient, knowledgeable, understood the car he was selling. He accommodated my needs with driving out of state to look at a car I had researched online, and understood and explained the process of what I needed to do to get the car titled in my state (basically nothing! Toyota cared for that for me!). I felt he went above and beyond, and I trusted him from start to finish. Can't say that about too many car salespeople, but I felt like this was a good bunch at Sheehy Toyota. Also thought Seth Bryant the finance guy was very sharp. Never felt pressured from either of these individuals, which is key for me when buying a car. Top notch experience thank you!

My daughter had an issue with a Toyota Camry she purchased, right after she bought the car. The problem was resolved by the owner. He replied to e-mails and text messages promptly, and provided a minor repair free of charge at his facility to address the issue.
From start to finish Sam Sayes provided Excellent customer service. From communicating what my vehicle needed for maintenance, to scheduling an Uber ride home, to keeping me posted on a repair and dealing with insurance, it all went smoothly and vehicle was finished on date he stated it would be. Could not ask for more! 5 Stars :)
Anthony and Pam did a very good job of making me feel welcome and taking care of my car and me after finding out of the extremely bad service I was given by another associate. My car was finished very quickly and I was able to look at cars and take them for test drives as Anthony helped me look at my options. Great experience.
WOW Pure Car Buying is different kinda dealer. This was a great experience. I was looking for a Honda Odyssey because me and my wife saw how good the reviews are on the Odyssey's so we saw Pure Car Buying and they have the really great prices on there vehicle's. We are Truly happy with the service and our new van. Thank you guys!!!.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
Very pleased with the service here, Mike helped me find the perfect fit for my son. He was very professional, friendly, and gave us a great deal on the car. Would highly recommend this dealership.
