Terrific service and empathy in a tough situation.

On my way back to Baltimore, from a visit to Long Island, my E350 broke down on a highway in Brooklyn. Things went from bad to worse, when the folks at M-B of Brooklyn informed me that given construction at their service facility over the summer, it might be hard to get to my car for several days. At that point, Moe Abusbeih, my service advisor got involved. Given the situation, and the fact that I did not live in the area, Moe promised me that they would at least figure out what was wrong with the car. From the beginning I appreciated Moe's "can do" attitude, but also his honesty: he did not sugar coat the facts. While issues having to do with parts (not the dealership's fault!) necessitated that my car be shipped back to Baltimore, my experience with Moe and his dealership was top notch in a frustrating situation.
