I had purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 . The car was everything I expected and more . Recently I ran into a few problems with the car however I bought the car back. Presenting the issue to Robert he examined the issues with his staff and they resolved all the issues at hand. I can’t tell you how thankful we chose performance auto to buy a car.
My experience at this dealer was very good. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward with all avenues of the sale (no surprises). He helped me set-up my Bluetooth and went through the car (2015 CRV) with me.
This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
The dealer was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to test drive the car and I was very impressed. I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I received a better offer. It was definitely my second choice. :)
This is not your regular used car dealership, like “Major World” for example, where a customer is treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. Hertz Car Sales offers a very easy, comfortable and totally stress-free buying experience. However, even the most customer-friendly company procedures would mean nothing without the great people behind them. A very special thank you to Janine Saffioti and Michael Digennaro, who were both extremely professional and super friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

They do all the leg work, all you have to do is sign the papers and drive off in your new car! No trips to the dealer, no pushy salesman to deal with at the dealership. My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
I was in a bind after being injured at work and found this place through google. After much research I found they seemed to be the best around. So I went to see what they could do for me. Not only was I able to get a great deal selling my car I did not have to worry about finding a cheaper one and taking the train home for a 70 mile journey. I will miss my beautiful reliable car but got another older one in trade plus some cash in my pocket till I can get back on my feet. Very smooth transaction. Got all the paperwork done while I relaxed on a comfortable sofa and watched TV. I was injured at work so this really helped a big deal. Plus there is more room for the kid and furry kids my girlfriend was so happy to hear what a good day I had. Thanks so much everyone.

Great service from start to finish. Rob was our salesperson, never pushy and very accommodating. Rob delivered on his promise to get us on the road in a nice BMW with a reasonable down payment and car payments we could afford. Mike, our finance director, was very easy to deal with and put no pressure on us to purchase any "extras." He was very thorough and even shared his personal record keeping program where he has kept accurate records of every single customer he has helped during his time with CarNation. Michelle was our concierge that helped us set up our phones and made sure the car was full of gas and shiny! (We had to rush because we had another engagement, but Rob contacted us via email the next day to tell us he's available anytime if need any assistance with our new ride's many cool features.) CarNation was our first experience with a luxury model as well as our first time financing a car and they made everything crystal clear and enjoyable. I highly recommend!
