So I stopped into Shottenkirk Chevrolet after checking around on different websites and receiving a call from a salesman (which is kind of sneaky you having to give your phone number and contact information to just LOOK at the price of a vehicle) I went to the dealership the following afternoon when I got off of work and was there for about 3 hours which included a test drive. I did NOT purchase the vehicle that night because one, they were not close enough to MY bottom dollar per month and the interest rates were way too high. So, I told them that I wanted the truck, but did NOT need the truck and if they can't get even CLOSE to what I am willing to pay I am leaving. Well, the next day, I went back after work and they did JUST that! They got well within my price range and my interest rate after MULTIPLE calls to several financial institutions. Needless to say I am VERY happy. The only problem I had after my purchase was I needed to immediately fill the tank because it was close to empty. I am hoping that today when I go back, that they can at least give me a voucher as I should NOT have had to fill up right after purchasing the vehicle, it should have had a free tank with my purchase. I found that out after speaking to the GM at Shottenkirk Toyota a few days after my purchase.
I searched all over the internet for a low-mileage used Impala. We drove from Kansas City because Shottenkirk had the best selection of what I was looking for. Our salesman Shannon was honest, respectful and didn't fool around playing games. Gave us their bottom line price right away and saved a bunch of back and forth haggling which I dislike. This dealership truly exemplifies "drive a little, save a lot." It was a very pleasant buying experience.
I've traveled some 300 miles from Chicago to pick up a truck from Shottenkirk's. I had a good feeling about this deal simply based on couple of phone conversations. They've been holding my truck for me based on given word, picked me up from the train, offered a hot lunch. I'm absolutely happy with level of attention given to me as well as quick and professional handling of all purchase related procedures. Would definitely recommend.

my sealer was a great person he help worked on getting the truck i truly wonted it was my first time buying a new truck and it went so great that when i do have to get a nutter one i now just were to go to the people that will be honest to me and truly do try to get the truck u wont i had a great time with them. thanks Shottenkirk Toyota
If you are looking to get into a new or used car, you need to talk to this guy. RICHARD SANTIAGO. This guy will bend over backwards to get you the deal you want. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan from them. We told him the payments we wanted, and my wife was dead set on them. Don't know how he did it, but he must be related to David Copperfield or something, we walked out of the dealership with the vehicle we wanted and felt good about the whole transaction. Martin made this buying experience comfortable and fun and was very personable. He didn't high pressure us, but he did point out all the wonderful things about the Toyota we were interested in. He was patient in answering all of our questions and treated us like we were his only customers. He did not get in a hurry and stayed late the day we bought the car so we could finish the deal and drive it home that night. David in the finance department was also very pleasant and friendly and extremely efficient. The manager introduced himself to us and made sure we were having a good buying experience.
