My husband and I went on a trip to San Antonio to pick up our son from College. We were having an issue with our Odyssey and it happened to be 5:30 Friday afternoon. Sally Zubia was getting ready to start her weekend having Saturday off and yet she went above and beyond staying late to make sure I had the contacts I needed to get our van serviced. On her day off she was in constant contact with us and the dealership from San Antonio knowing we had planned to come home on Saturday. Employees like her make the dealership. Honda is blessed to have her. She has exceptional and gracious customer service. Very few people do. I hope Honda can hold on to her as long as possible because Sally Zubia is surely an asset to their dealership. Thank you Sally from the bottom of our hearts for helping us get home safe and sound. I truly felt you cared and I appreciated your thoughtfulness with gratitude.
