My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car. EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
Please be advised that I was slammed with a truck on the 5th of October and my beautiful leased 2017 Camry LE was totaled.
Upon arriving on October 9th I was delighted to see Herb Newborg as he was the one who put me in my first lease. I was delighted but not surprised to know that he was acknowledged for his dedicated work and was promoted to Manager.
Mr Newborg warmly greeted me and proceeded to introduce me to Jeffrey Madison.
I came in feeling banged up and medicated from the accident. Jeffrey was kind, thoughtful and engaging. His knowledge of the Camrys was impressive. He took his time with me and was more than happy to reiterate anything I asked. When it came time to become acquainted with my 2018 Camry, Jeffrey’s patience was commendable. I was assured that if I ever had any questions with regard to utilizing any of the bells and whistles or anything I was unsure of, that he would always be happy to be of help.
I can honestly say Jeffrey went way beyond the call of duty with helping me register my car for Insurance.
