Thanks to the friendliness of the Caldwell Toyota Dealership, and I really have a sweet appreciation to salesperson Jesse Sullivan. I truly needed a salesperson as a guide for this vehicle purchase, one with a good knowledge of sales, and during the entire sales process Mr. Sullivan was very gracious, very professional, and very excited about building my confidence as I approached this sale. I admire his great patience and his express understanding of the Toyota vehicle I purchased; Mr. Sullivan is a living fact that this Toyota team is well-grouped and targeted for much success in customer satisfaction.
As I review my experience, as I am a new customer to this auto dealership, I feel that what highlighted the moment is that I finished with a satisfied feeling. And I departed with a personal sense of having a wonderful business journey with that of a very friendly and well-skilled staff of Toyota employees. And what a strong, caring support base you have among the workers. The atmosphere was comfortable and there was no fretting during negotiating the sale of my Toyota Camry, of which satisfaction I am down-right pleased with; I look forward to meeting the additional staff in your Toyota Service Department during the coming times in which I will schedule vehicle maintenance.
