Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
I stop in randomly to take a close look at the new Black Label Lincoln Navigator. I was great by a gentle in the parking lot who proceeded to show me many amazing details. After a while I released we had been talking about the amazing vehicle and I was not being pushed into anything. Just giving great info. Thank you Mark for being that guy that just helps. From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda based on a very appealing cars.com post of a Honda CRV. We were unsure of having to drive a hour to get there but the price and the way they followed up instantly after requesting more information made us feel more comfortable taking the drive there. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Jarek Muszkatel, who I want to point out is an excellent salesman and Jonathan Proano, the sales manager who also went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. We inquired about the vehicle, and after inspecting it, it was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We took it out for a test drive with Jarek and as soon as we got in the car he have us tips on what to look for and what to listen for when drive testing a car, it was basically the same thing we were already looking at but coming from the salesman was more reassuring he even offered a longer test drive if we wanted more time to listen to the vehicle. We were already happy with how the car looked and how it drove and after visiting dealer after dealer we knew weren’t going to find better.
The paperwork process was a breeze, there was a couple things we had to figure out but Jarek and Jonathan were very understanding and worked with us all the way through. I could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.
Came here to see a used 2016 V60 Volvo Wagon. This was our first time at the dealership and have never owned a Volvo. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and atmosphere here. Our Salesman Thomas Ford was great. Very pleasant and professional. Everyone here was very easy to work with. We had a great experience and love our car. We will be back.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.

This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.

Buying our new 2019 Forester at Patrick Subaru was Excellent, it was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.Our salesman Nate Goodro was great to work with very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. Great buying experience.
Nice and friendly staff. The sales rep who helped me, Stephen made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He met and exceeded all my expectations and I truly appreciate his effort to make the experience positive for my family and I. What an awesome dude. Also, I love my new car!
My service guy was great, I only bring my prius here they are great most of the time if you have any issues let someone know if they can't help talk to someone else you will probably get to the 1 that will help you, I just wish they had more affordable prices and improved wait time hopefully the new service build will help with that. Oh and they come out to your car when you pull up and ask if you want something to drink or a snack who else does that? Great people
I went with my cousin to buy the ionic I asked a few questions about a used car and he was able to help my cousin out in a way that he didn't think was possible. I want a truck. I will be going to Leo.
