For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
Went in to just look at some cars. Ended up leaving with a used car at a great deal! The process was so simple and painless thanks to Stew Nelson, the salesman we worked with. Would completely recommend this dealership.
Entering a dealership is a tough decision knowing you are going to spend your hard earned money. Peter was a great salesman with no pressure to buy new that same night. He showed my many models in new and used . I drove out with a beauty - Nissan Frontier.
Took my RAV4 in for warranty/recalls. Dropped off in morning first thing and they called when it was done. Everything was taken care of and everyone was friendly and explained what was done. No charges. Will go back for other repairs when the time comes and needed.
Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!
I was interested in a white avalon with black interior that was fully loaded. I saw that they had one in stock and called the day before to see if they still had it. They did, but when I came in the next day they told me it was sold the same day I called. I wasn???t happy because i drove almost an hour to come and pick it up. I spoke with a salesman named Keith and he apologized and promised to contact me if he gets a similar vehicle in. 3 days later he texted me letting me know they had a black on black Avalon in stock, also fully loaded. I drove out to see it, and it actually looked better in black. Keith and the sales manager (I believe his name was Dan) went through the details with me, and were able to work with me to get me the payment that I wanted. I appreciate their knowledge and assistance. I get compliments on the car everywhere I go. Thank you guys again!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
