I first took my Jeep Liberty to Landmark Dodge for evaluation and repair. My Jeep???s transmission was slipping especially when starting on a hill/incline. They were unable to replicate the issue. Additionally, they fixed my defroster under my extended warranty and did a oil change. While fixing the defroster the boot around my shifter apparently came loose and/or the zipper broke. Their mechanic said it was already done but it was not broken when I turned the car in for repair. The inside of the vehicle was filthy from the Defroster fan repair. The transmission continued to slip. After my poor ratings on the Chrysler survey the Service Manager called me and I explained the two issues and he did not offer to bring the vehicle back in to their shop. My Extended Warranty was about to expire and I really wanted to determine if there was a issue with the Transmission so I took the Jeep to Hendrick Dodge in Duluth a couple weeks later. Heather is my service advisor and she was able to have a mechanic ride with me. We were able to replicate the transmission problem. Additionally, he identified that I had issues with my front and rear stabilizer bars. They also found that the water pump was leaking. Heather was able to get all of these repair parts and labor completed under my Extended Warranty. The final cost to my warranty was just under $5000. I also had some additional preventive maintenance completed for $1300. Heather also was covered my rental car cost that was over and above what the Extended Warranty covered. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received from Hendrick Dodge compared to Landmark Dodge. Heather did a fabulous job and my jeep is running great. I will continue to use Hendrick for any additional work I need completed while in the Atlanta area.
I realize that in today???s world the internet is a critical part of economic success. I searched cars that I was insterested in and landed at Hendricks. I received a call from the dealership asking about toming etc and I mentioned I could come after work to look at which time I was told to ask for a specific person, even was texted the name. Long story short,- I showed up and was given to another sales person with no explanation at all, then, had to sit and answer all of the questions again that I had already submitted. I was not happy at this point and voiced my displeasure. To that end, things changed around and the dealership really bent over backwards to get us a deal and service that we would be happy with. The salesman nick was a good guy and did a nice job, but, Ariel- the sales manager- really was phenomenal. I was blown away by his demeanor and willingness to work through our process. I honestly cannot day enough good things about him. Really, at the end of the day, although Nick did just fine, Ariel is the reason we will be back and will refer more people to the dealership. After the start- tremendous finish!!
Simply put the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Personally I have never owned anything but a Ford and after working with William Andrews and Eric Hogue to purchase 5 trucks for work I made up my mind that they would get my personal vehicles as well. They both are genuine, sincere, honest and always follow up. Really I could not imagine a better experience purchasing a car. You all will now get my business when my wife needs a new SUV and once my boys start coming of age.
I would especially like to point out Eric's professionalism. In my business I can be very tough on vendors and he was awesome and never wavered in being polite and professional. As for my personal purchase he exceeded my expectations again. I told him I didn't have time to come in and spend a lot of time. He took everything I sent him about what I wanted and found exactly that truck and created an even better version.
At delivery time William was a first class customer service experience and that comes from someone who was trained in hospitality by Ritz Carlton.

We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
