I love this car. From the interior to the outside. Every bit of this is worth the money! We bought this car used with 16,000 miles. It feels new, it drives new, and even better. The car is still under warranty. You can never go wrong with a Toyota. you can never go wrong with Fred's Executive Auto.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

The corolla was comfortable and met most of my needs. Smooth ride but only downfall was the tire size. Multiple low tire pressure symbols and a couple flat tires through the three year lease. Other than that loved it!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

windshield oem is distorted .

how can toyota sell a car with distorted windshield.look at two 2016 corolla windshields and they both had the same problem and it was OEM glass i can't believe toyota doesn't admit to problem.look through
a 2014 corolla it was fine.
Justin, Nick, the GM, the receptionist, and the entire team were so helpful and nice when we were running a little behind from a delayed flight. They helped us get our car from service (after closing) and get on our way right before the 8:30pm closing buzzer!! Saved us from having to carpool to work, what a great experience and phenomenal customer service! 10/10 recommend!
Excellent customer service each time! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to use O’Brien Toyota and would recommend them highly!
The standard oil change / tire rotation was fine however the write up for a diagnostic future repair wasn’t given in a thorough manner. I had to ask them to give me a total with labor vs. just parts. They complied but I had to take it hand-written.
Neal and Jeremy provided excellent customer service. They are both top notch service providers and should be the faces of your establishment. They are the best at what they do. I believe they truly care about the customer and the service they provide. I am grateful for their commitment and dedication to the customer. I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Im 6ft 200lb. This car is PERFECT for me It has the CVT but so far NO issues of any kind. 38 mpg combined city/hwy. On a 800 mi Hwy trip, I got 42 going 60-70 mph. Its pretty quiet, comfortable, handles well, accelerates nicely and havent had to take it for any service except a CVT recall where the computer was reprogrammed. Very happy that it has a spin off oil filter cuz I like to change the oil myself.
Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.

Before I switched to Toyota Corollas, I had several Datsun/Nissan cars. I immediately recognized the difference in quality and performance and have never looked back or to any other manufacturer.

I bought this car because it fit my budget, was reliable, good to drive, had a good sound system with bluetooth and good gas mileage. What more could I ask for?
I was in a pretty rough spot and getting a car was looking bleak. Adam was so nice and accommodating. They got me in a great car and made me feel completely comfortable. I appreciated my car buying experience there so much.

I love this car. I commute about 300 miles a week and the gas mileage is absolutely incredible. $30 in the tank can take you almost 350 miles! (In late 2018) And Toyota’s are extremely reliable. Just get your oil changes when it’s time, and maybe change the battery after 150k miles and this car will last you a very long time.
