I’ve been a devoted Toyota customer for a long time. I’ve owned or leased 10 different Toyota vehicles in the last 30 years and of those 10 vehicles, 8 have been purchased/leased from Tarbox Toyota. It’s more than just simple brand loyalty that keeps me driving a Toyota. The superior quality and reliability of a Toyota automobile are more than enough to keep me as a Toyota fan, but what is equally important to me is the people and the service at Tarbox Toyota. They are what keep me coming back. The team at Tarbox Toyota have always made me feel that my business and my loyalty to the brand and the dealership is genuinely and greatly important to them. From the sales staff, especially John Morrissey, to the managers, (Chis and Anton), to the service technicians, to the owner, Ed Tarbox himself, they all have gone out of their way to ensure that I remain a happy and satisfied customer. Tarbox Toyota is a credit to an already stellar car manufacturer.
Today I leased a new RAV4. While I had already heard good things about Tarbox Toyota, I was so impressed with the professionalism. From the time I stepped through the doors until the time of signing the lease, I always felt well taken care of. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
My wife and I went to Tarbox Toyota to buy a RAV4 XLX. This would make our 3rd Toyota from this dealership in North Kingstown RI. Our salesman Alex Bruno took considerable time in explaining all the new features and installed Bluetooth and Navigation APP on my wife's IPhone. He is definitely an asset for this dealership.

Overall a great experience! I got an initial quote through email for the Tundra I wanted that they had in stock. The price was where I wanted/expected it to be so I did not have to haggle over price. My sales guy Jared was excellent, friendly but not pushy and very knowledgeable on the truck features, and the finance guy Jesse was also great and easy to work with. Both were very easy to deal with. I had to play the game a little and walk out when they didn't want to give me what I wanted for my trade, but I was ready and expected something like that. I had gotten a loan rate from an outside bank before I went in, which they easily matched. I few hours later, I was driving my new Tundra home. So I would definitely recommend, but as with car buying in general, just make sure you do your research and know the numbers before you go in.
I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
I had been to 2 other Toyota dealerships to ask about the Tacoma TRD Pro and no one even took the time to ask me if i needed help. At Bristol Toyota, JR took the time to speak to us even though he was busy helping others. That made the difference and a deal was made and now im the proud owner of a new Tacoma TRD Pro. Thanks RJ!
We were very satisfied with your customer service. Roy Singh was professional, knowledgeable of the product, and very willing to meet any requests and inquiries we had for him. After leaving the showroom, he also was easily accessible for additional questions that came up, answering right away. If he did not have the answer, he called up back promptly to give us the answers to our questions. Having professional persons such as Roy and Paul Little certainly make Bristol Toyota the place to go in our area!
I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
I was switching my old registration over to my new vehicle. I was given an honest and reasonable expectation of when my registration would be available. Eddily emailed me with updates and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Good experience, overall!

It was exactly what I was looking for I love the color I love that it has dual exhaust and all-wheel drive I had a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new I got 15 years out of it and traded it in for this one I've had it for 6 days now and completely satisfied with it it does everything I expect it would and my salesperson Ron Webb is a great guy I would have anybody see him he took care of every need that I had and then some went out of his way to take care of my needs very polite nice guy if anybody goes to buy a Hyundai I would suggest to go see Ron Webb the dealership itself was very good had no issues they took care of all of my problems also as soon as I went down there no waiting I hope whoever is reading this takes it seriously and have a great day
Raul was very helpful and did not pressure me into buying a car that wasn???t for me! I am not a car person and he new exactly what kind of car I wanted. I highly recommend going in and asking for him!
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
