Jeremy responded to my application within 30 min. He made the process smooth and quick. Went in after work, test drove the jeep and bought it the same day. It was a very nice experience. He is helpful, patient, knowledgeable and had me laughing. Would recommend to anyone.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!
This review is of my 2nd of two purchases within one month. The second purchase was to replace the first. Rachel was REALLY Great. She was honestly the only reason I didn???t give up and walk out of the dealership frustrated and in tears (which I came within seconds of). She stepped in after what had been a complete and total mess with a previous purchase and literally kept me from loosing my shi* on everyone there. The Key factors in her service that Kept this from happening were: 1. She didn???t waste my time. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she gave me her full, undivided attention while I explained it all in detail- and she ACTUALLY listened - the.first.time. 2. She didn???t try to show me a bunch of cars I wasn???t interested in, or cars that were *close enough* to what I wanted. 3. She didn???t use a bunch of abbreviations/acronyms/car jargon that I didn???t understand, and whenever I had a question she didn???t know the answer to, she didn???t evade it or make me feel like I was annoying her - she actually took the time to find out the answer for me. 4. She was real and straight forward, and about as far from a typical salesperson as you can get. Honestly, at the end of the day - She is the only reason I would ever even consider going back to this dealership again.
My experience at Ron Tonkin was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car and Roy Ramirez made it very easy and low pressure. He knew I wanted to stay loyal to Ron Tonkin since their service department has been so good to me over the years. He didn't originally have the car that I wanted but he found it and he gave me a great price. He was respectful and patient and it was a pleasure buying from him.

Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Cargurus called us and an appointment was made after we saw the car online. The whole process from our contact with the GM to the car saleman to the finance guy was up front and honest. They asked us what we wanted and if we wanted to explore any options. No pressure and no ick feelings. This was my sons first big purchase and he paid cash.! No hassel in and out in less than 3 hrs.
