They have good prices.
They did not properly prep the vehicle, wanted me to bring it back at a later date.
They did not fill it up with gas.
They do not return emails after you purchase a vehicle.
The paperwork took several hours, had to sit in a backroom with no windows in the meantime.
Mr. Abdel took care of us with dignity. No pressure like other car dealers I have been. He understood my concerns. Provided me with all information I request. Best of all prices were low compared to other car dealers.!

Hello Hertz Family I have been a Hertz Gold Member for 5yrs. I'm a huge fan of Hertz & their cars and staff; however, there's is one policy change that I'm not happy with. Unfortunately, I can't rent the dream car locally. I have to have a returning flight. After years of writing to Hertz's marketing department to get more dream cars in the Houston fleet and now that they do I cant rent one. I'm extremely sad about it. Best wishes!
In my way to Beaumont from Austin, i stopped at this dealership. Really nice cars and I received a great deal in comparison to what the Austin dealers were willing to do! My only complaint was the service was a bit slow but everyone i dealt with was pretty friendly!
I only talked on the phone with them. The car I was interested in was under contract with someone else. I was only in the area for the day. The next day they contacted me as the other person backed out. By then I was 200 miles away and unable to return for several days. They offered to hold the car for me, I opted not to put any money down, by the weekend the car was still available but we decided to buy new. They were very nice and did keep me updated.
I was welcomed with a sincere friendly smile by Dillon. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained the service provided and suggested additional service needed. He also gave me a timeframe in which the service would be completed. I inquired about complimentary beverages. He explained that coffee was available and he could have a fresh pot made if asked. He thanked me for my time and invited me back again. I was very pleased with the service experience and Dillon was Awesome 👏🏾 ??
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
I had been needing to upgrade my 2014 double cab Silverado to a crew cab so my kids car seats could fit better, and Francisco made it happen with ease!
