Josh Hooser was the man for the job! We emailed same day to test drive a Jeep and were seen not 3 hours later! Josh let us drive all over to really get a good feel for the engine and supplied more stats that we didn’t even think about. He explained all the paper work and even let us have a spare tire that was missing! Overall, felt very comfortable and informed when getting a used Jeep.
I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
The guys over at Eddy’s Mazda are amazing! I went to 5 different dealerships and none of them compare to the service and genuine care I received from these guys! From the salesmen, the sales manager, to the finance guy, all of them treated me with kindness and respect and really worked with me! If anyone is in the market for a new car, check them out!
jeremy was awesome helped me find something that i needed. took the car overnight to make sure it was up to par found nothing seriously wrong. only issue is they over priced their car once i agreed to buy and changed online price up $4000. i kelly blue book it and refuse to pay more than the car is worth. don’t let them fool you, it’s my first time buying a car. but overall, great services. very friendly and extremely helpful.
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
I had put off the car shopping experience for a long time as I have had a bad experience in the past at another dealership. This was a walk in the park. A friendly sales person who really listened to what I was looking for. And she gave me lots of options and patiently let me decide what was right for me. If I had a question she couldn't answer she would go out of her way to get the answer. Couldn't be happier with the whole friendly team. I would definitely recommend Olathe Toyota.
I went to Adam's Toyota in Lee's Summit Mo, and Alberto was the salesman that helped me and my husband purchase the new vehicle. He went above and beyond since we were not sure what vehicle we were going to buy. He is trilingual and he is a Top salesman! From Finance Services everyone at that location is outstanding great customer service in all areas. Alberto also offered to schedule the first oil change in my new car. I would definitely recommend any services at Adam's.
My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.
