This car meets all my needs and more.. great quality for the price! great gas mileage , comfortable, looks great and has all the bells and whistles too!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car is very comfortable I can fit my tall grandchildren in it. It is very good on gas and it looks so stylish. It has great trunk space for shopping.
Alexandra Sanderson my service advisor at Heritage. She was such a pleasure to work with. She showed great concern, and made feel a sense of comfort. I have own a 17 corolla le.now I have a 18 corolla.L I think its not the best model for Toyota I am having trouble with it I called Toyota company about it they had someone call me back.i got nowhere with them I wont own another Toyota corolla again.very upset with them
Robin is there to help you without trying to pressure you into anything ... the work she recommends is what you need done. Period. She's a great asset to Heritage.

This 2018 Corolla is the 4th Toyota that I've purchased. I love the car but I will never buy another corolla and maybe another Toyota. The cruise control is a nightmare. Going up or down hill, it will raise the tachometer to over 4000 without increasing speed. The dealer said that's normal but I am telling you that is not normal. It takes the fun when driving distance because you are constantly hearing and seeing it at every hill, going up or down. I would trade it in a minute if I could. This was a very poor design in their transmission and should be corrected.
This review is in reference to their service center. I'm not really sure how I feel about the service center. I can say that their staff Crystal is really polite and professional, however, this location is not forward thinking or considerate of time. I had an appointment in the morning and it was light freezing rain and on and off snow, a very light coating. Instead of receiving a courteous call saying that they would not be able to service the car due to the weather, they had me drive in and go through their entire check-in process just to tell me that they could only do a visual inspection. They could have simply called and said this instead of having me drive to the location just to tell me that or provided a warning when I made the appointment. I can understand not wanting to test drive the car in freezing rain, however, I've had my previous vehicle serviced at other locations and would always receive a call the day before or on that day if they could not service the car. So if you are taking your car to Heritage Toyota Catonsville service center and the weather (rain, snow, sleet, fog) permits them from working on your car or test driving the car, it would be best for you to call them before you drive their and go through their check-in process just to be told they cant work on the vehicle .

I am very happy with this car! It is sporty, comfortable and plenty of leg room. The technology with lane assist and when it’s on cruise control spoils me!!

This is a smooth driving elegant car with many safety features. Gas efficient for in town and on the road driving. This is a car that you would love to have your loved one driving because it’s dependant, reliable, and smooth.

The safety features on this car impressed me from the beginning. The back up camera is awesome. Gas mileage is unbelievable and probably the best part. If your looking for something that will get you the most bang for your buck in mpg, this is it. Sometimes 40 mpg! Sound system is very nice. Sporty, modern, reliable.
We were informed about a possible upgrade on our old Toyota Corolla. So we went to check it out and found it to be truly good. We ended with upgrading to a real nice new vehicle as Kris Ruhling and Fletcher Dixon assisted us and made it all possible. Both of them are awesome and so as the whole team including Hamid! We will definitely recommend the Dealership and the people involved.
Best car buying experience! Deandre and the entire staff were very fast and friendly. I would highly recommend using this dealer for your car needs.
