I have been to Lia Toyota of Rockland a few times now to have my Camry services and every time is just as pleasant. Every staff member is helpful and attentive and the service crew continues to do a good job. David Walsh made sure I was taken care of after I sustained damage to the underside of my car. He fit me right in and made sure the repairs were made in a timely manner and got me on my way.
Great service! Smooth waiting time. Checked for necessary repairs. Changed oil and filter and rotate tires and check points system. Cleaned inside car. Washed car.
i love the Corolla but I i'll never buy another.

This 2018 Corolla is the 4th Toyota that I've purchased. I love the car but I will never buy another corolla and maybe another Toyota. The cruise control is a nightmare. Going up or down hill, it will raise the tachometer to over 4000 without increasing speed. The dealer said that's normal but I am telling you that is not normal. It takes the fun when driving distance because you are constantly hearing and seeing it at every hill, going up or down. I would trade it in a minute if I could. This was a very poor design in their transmission and should be corrected.
Ana was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. I really recommend her. Her customer service was very good. I'm very happy with her service.

This car is very comfortable I can fit my tall grandchildren in it. It is very good on gas and it looks so stylish. It has great trunk space for shopping.
Walter helped me with choosing my leased vehicle. Over the course of 2 weeks he has shown courtesy, professionalism, thoroughness and exceptional follow through. I am very happy with my Rav4 thanks to Walter and Jay.

I am very happy with this car! It is sporty, comfortable and plenty of leg room. The technology with lane assist and when it’s on cruise control spoils me!!

The safety features on this car impressed me from the beginning. The back up camera is awesome. Gas mileage is unbelievable and probably the best part. If your looking for something that will get you the most bang for your buck in mpg, this is it. Sometimes 40 mpg! Sound system is very nice. Sporty, modern, reliable.
We have been coming to Penn Toyota for a very long time and with good reason. Laurie is the best!!!when you find a dealership that you feel like family it???s a great sense of comfort

This is a smooth driving elegant car with many safety features. Gas efficient for in town and on the road driving. This is a car that you would love to have your loved one driving because it’s dependant, reliable, and smooth.

I have own a 17 corolla le.now I have a 18 corolla.L I think its not the best model for Toyota I am having trouble with it I called Toyota company about it they had someone call me back.i got nowhere with them I wont own another Toyota corolla again.very upset with them
Ric guided me via phone buying the car--was professional--courteous-helpful--responsive-always returned and/or initiated calls--answered any questions or concerns in a truthful and timely manner. All in All a very good experience with him.He was terrific !!
Chad Audas was the person we dealt with. He was honest and worked very hard to get us where we needed to be buying our car. I felt comfortable taking to him about our wants and needs in a vehicle. This is my 4th Toyota and will continue to buy Toyota as long as their service is this good.
Ozzy was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to my thoughts and helped me pick out a car that I am very happy with. When I call the dealership with questions he is always responsive. I decided I want a red Prius. A couple of days later he contacted me to say they were having difficulty locating a red one, would I like silver? I said no, I'd like a red one. He said OK, and 3 days later he called to tell me my red one was being prepped to be ready the next day. Good service. Thank you. Finance department was fine but I wasn't crazy about the way the extended warrantee was presented--it allowed me no time to examine the detail of a nearly $4000 purchase. Take it or leave it is not my way of purchasing anything. After I raised this objection I was told I may cancel within 30 days. A little better,a little late, and it cost me $70 to make my decision. My only negative to this experience.
