This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!

Great experience. Matt was knowledgeable on what was needed for my repair, and assisted with an additional safety hazard I was unaware of. He told me what the repair would cos and the approximate time it would take to repair it. Both were as he said.
Salesman Donnie was really nice. He really paid attention to what we said we were looking for. I just can't get over their prices. I was looking at a 2017 Kia Sorento LX with the V6 engine. The Sorento sells new for about $26k. The vehicle we were looking at had 44k miles on it. The price listed online for vehicle was $17,800. Of course there is the fine print that to get their "online" price, the purchase had to be 100% financed through the dealership's go-to financing company, Chrysler Capital. The price on the paper in the window of the vehicle was just over $25k. That is insane. A simple search on cars.com as well as carmax.com and truecar.com found hundreds of the exact same vehicles with similar mileage for under $20k. I will never purchase from Stephen Wade.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!

My service guy was great, I only bring my prius here they are great most of the time if you have any issues let someone know if they can't help talk to someone else you will probably get to the 1 that will help you, I just wish they had more affordable prices and improved wait time hopefully the new service build will help with that. Oh and they come out to your car when you pull up and ask if you want something to drink or a snack who else does that? Great people
I'm 75 years old and have dealt with numerous Dealer's over the years. BMW of Bakersfield was exceptional. It was by far the the most pleasant experience I'VE ever had with an Auto dealership. From my Client Advisor, Mohsen Vaziri, who found exactly what I was looking for and followed through with every detail of the the transaction, to Thristen who was so patient with the old fart in explaining all the computer workings of my vehicle. Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. And to Mgrs.Mike Rial and Cherif Guirguis who both spent time talking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The total experience was an absolute pleasure. My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!

Their check in is efficient which is critical at a super busy shop. The shuttle drivers are personable and run on time. The service liaison communicates well and is helpful. My favorite service out of three I???ve tried.
Pros: My car had 2 manufacturer's defects that were dangerous so I came in to Lipton Toyota to get them fixed. As soon as I got there they immediately greeted me and took my car. They told me about the free donuts and coffee inside as well as offered me a ride back home since the repair was going to take a couple hours. Very courteous and friendly people. Hunter was the young man responsible for fixing the car and he was great. They even washed my car for me! Cons: The only reason I am giving it 4 stars are because of the Salesmen. I have been receiving nonstop emails and phone calls from different sellers telling me they want to buy my car and also that the car I was interested in is still available. While I am at the dealership I get approached by like 3 men trying to get me to buy a car. That made me uncomfortable.
I am blessed that service manager Juan C, made me a priority so my car was safe for the arrival of my daughter. Thank you!
