Simple recall on my '16 Prius... these folks gave .e a heads up that it was coming, an appointment to fix it quickly after we called.. a safety check and no-pressure feedback on a minor problem we encountered... compare with another dealer who has not called us back after contacting them twice about the recall.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.

The “check in” guy, Greg, has been very efficient and friendly every time we bring our car in for service. The customer service desk people are also the same. It does not feel like a “stuffy” and “upselling” environment that we have experienced in the past with other Toyota dealerships. Fast, easy (maintenance) service and no issues with my car so far.
