My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
Kelly Jeep in Methuen has that largest inventory in the area & the purchasing process could have been easier or smoother. We were treated fairly & without any pressure to buy. Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. Jeff and his boss Dave have been super helpful and I must admit convincing. The offer made on a new leased Highlander was spot on and the chosen vehicle and color was coming to the dealership the same week. I find the admin side of the selling process surprisingly contrasted: a high tech desk wide touch screen to facilitate the contract process, then a bunch of 20th century carbon copy forms screeched out by a pin drive printer. Too long, and so 1.0! Fortunately Mark knows what he's doing and made it through as efficiently as possible. Thanks to the sales team.
My 10 year old Nissan Frontier was beginning to cost me serious money to keep on the road so I decided it was time to look for a new pickup truck. Since I drive a manual shift, finding a pickup with one in it these days can be a challenge to say the least, especially if you want the truck with an access cab and long bed. I'm familiar with Portsmouth and the area around Toyota of Portsmouth because we vacation over the big bridge in York Beach. I decided to go online to see if Toyota of Portsmouth had the Tacoma I was looking for (nobody in my area had it). Well, they did and I was very pleased. The sales people, Jim Marshall and Frank Accetta were great! Very informative, friendly and helpful as was Mark Sullivan from Finance. On the first visit, and after some negotiating I decided that I wanted more for my 2007 Nissan Frontier so I ended up walking out. But the next morning Jim Barrett the General Manager called me back and offered me a much better deal on my trade. I really appreciated that he did and it all worked out great. My new shiny Tacoma was ready for delivery and I'm very happy with it. I'd recommend Toyota of Portsmouth and these professionals to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My boyfriend and I both recently leased cars from here. I chose this dealership because I have purchased a vehicle here in the past and they don't pressure you. I know I'm a difficult customer with a ton of questions. I have never leased a car before and everyone there was so helpful. Mark was very enthusiastic about telling me all the options on the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The experience was great. I'm sure other dealerships do this too, but I like that they let you take the car for a test drive without them. I've test drove other cars at other places before and the sales guys comes with you and asks a bunch of questions and all you want to do is actually experience the ride and not be distracted.
