We hate shopping for new cars!!! That???s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!

I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.

I was almost done with purchase with other dealer but at last stage was approched by Ashley, she offered a deal without negotiatation that was unbeatable, every step in the purchase process was easy and hassle free. Love to do business with Ashley.
My experience was a bit of a roller coaster, but I want to focus on the end of my experience. After having to sign two different contracts for the vehicle we purchased, because the first two finance managers messed up and did not notify us: Julio was able to help us get in contact with Felipe another finance manager of Hilltop Toyota to get the issue resolved. They both were very apologetic in regards to our situation and made up for all the bumps in the road that we had prior by providing us with excellent customer service and for staying late that night that we had to re-sign the contract. I felt bad that they had to deal with the burden of my frustration, but even with having to deal with that they were able to turn my whole experience right around. If you go Hilltop Toyota, I recommend you ask for Julio and Felipe! Thank you again for all your help.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
