Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience..Katie was the Exception..No pressure., helpful and informative...Unfortunately we could not agree on a Price.I would recommend that you take the car to an Independent Mechanic and Have a Buyers Inspection Done..A lot of these Vehicles are Rental Cars..It doesn't matter if they are Certified you want to make sure these vehicles were not Abused....Go see Katie if you are in the market for a Nissan...Thanks

I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. He made this purchase very fun and enjoyable. We ended up at Avondale Toyota after pretty much being shafted by another dealership. What you see is what you get. No hidden costs. No haggling and no salesman running back and forth between you and his sales manager trying to shove BS down you. We did not spend an entire day buying a vehicle! Jake you are the best!
My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
Went in for a test drive, drove out same day with the 2018 new Toyota Tacoma I wanted. After friendly negotiation (that’s typical in car buying), Jagger and Luis were able to work out a great deal. Financing was also super easy (which depends on your credit quality) and serving afterwards to get base boards installed was excellent!
Just the service and friendliness of this dealership warranted me to consider them to friends and family.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.

Chris Reed is the best car salesmen we???ve ever had the privilege of working with. We purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma today and to be honest we weren???t the easiest customers to please. Chris was very honest and patient with us. He negotiated an incredible deal! He said he would take care of us like family and stayed true to his word.
