Our service manager, Nick Trejo, was excellent: very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other people.
Working with Adam Wright in the service center has been an absolute joy. He is attentive to our needs, and communicates with us every step of the way. We are VW customers for life, or as long as he stays with VW.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.

We recently leased a 2013 Camry from this dealership and the experience was the best we have ever had.The dealership treated my wife and I with great respect. I was surprised to learn while parked in a parking lot that I had a slice in the sidewall of my tire of my car. I was a little nervous to drive it any further so I pulled into Toyota of warren to see if they could help me. They didn't have the tire that I needed, but were concerned about the safety of driving my vehicle. Not only did they call local dealerships and find someone that had the tire in stock, they put my spare tire on for me to ensure my safety!!! It is a pleasure to see a dealer like this that still cares.
I leased my first new car Feb 20th; a 2012 Highlander. I was treated with respect by everyone involved in the process. My salesman, Pete, was very knowledgable and extremely nice. The sales manager (I don't recall his name) personally came to thank me for my business, and in fact on my way to sign the paperwork, the general manager came over to me, shook my hand and thanked me as well. When signing the papers, I too, had a question regarding the documentation fee that someone else here had commented about. The way I understand it is that that fee is charged at all dealerships in Ohio. And that money goes to a few different things regarding the paperwork I was signing, including the keeping of my private information secure. I didn't get the feeling that this was some arbitrary charge that they were throwing on me to "pad their pockets." But I think I would be wary of some place that didn't want to keep my private information secure.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!

Our experience there was good we didn’t close the deal but it was good. I don’t know that I would go back though cause when we looked at the car there were damages that were clearly noticeable which I was bummed about. I couldn’t see purchasing this vehicle with damages like that and I am surprised Honda would try and sell it like that.
