I recently worked with Wayne Young on the purchase of a Toyota Highlander. He was wonderful to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him to others who are in the market for a new vehicle. While I ultimately decided to hold off on my purchase for the time being, I will definitely go back to Gettel Toyota of Bradenton and work with Wayne when I am ready to proceed.

WE recently stopped by Gettel Toyota to get help with connecting our new phone to the car. Since we had had such a pleasant experience with the Assistant Service Manager, Russ Persad back in June, we asked for him again. Within minutes he was in our car updating Scout and Entune to enable him to finish the connection. Never once did we feel he was anxious to get to the next customer but gave us his full and patient attention. We look forward to many years of good service- hopefully with Russ.

Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
Nick, our salesman, displayed much professionalism and knowledge in helping us decide on a new vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and he was there to help on repeated visits. He also showed much patience in demonstrating all the new (to us) gadgets on the 2018 Toyota model, after our purchase.
