Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.

Jason Lyczak and his financial guru made some magic happen for me with a phenomenal price a 2016 Ram that I could not pass up. I have always been a bow tie guy, but when mine got totaled and my credit was totaled by a divorce and medical bills, these guys made it a blessing in disguise. Tony, the salesman was very relaxed and laid back. Felt no pressure to have to purchase vehicle at that time. He spent a lot of time with us going over vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with it. First time ever, in my vehicle buying experience did the OWNER come to thank us for purchasing one of his vehicles!!! Very pleased with whole experience!! Drove home to Indiana with the vehicle and was well worth the drive!!!

Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

Our Toyota was totaled and we needed a new car. Tony Berger was our Sales Representative. We drove 3 vehicles and Tony walked us through the features as well as differences between each style. We found the perfect car! He discussed prices, value of different features and saved us some money with a nice Rebate. We hadn't bought a new car in 10 years. With Tony's help, we were able to purchase a new car in a little over an hour. The process was seamless and everyone from Tony to Tammy were so wonderful to us. We picked up our car and Tony walked us through the features and we couldn't be happier. Tony left me a message saying my license plants were in. I drove to the dealership and Tony brought my plates out, installed them and he even programed my cell phone numbers into the system. We highly recommend Hosmer Toyota and don't forget to ask for Tony Berger, He is the Best!
The dealership was very friendly and quickly responded to all of my questions. The buying process was very fast thanks to Bill. However I was dissatisfied with the fact that the vehicle was covered in dust when I picked it up. This dust hid a few paint minor paint scratches that I am less than thrilled about, and I feel I may have overpaid for the car considering these cosmetic flaws. Overall this is a great place to buy a car but be sure and look the car over very carefully and do not purchase a dirty vehicle. LOOK AT IT AFTER IT HAS BEEN WASHED.
Nice and friendly staff. The sales rep who helped me, Stephen made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He met and exceeded all my expectations and I truly appreciate his effort to make the experience positive for my family and I. What an awesome dude. Also, I love my new car!
