I took the car in for a 35,000 mile checkup; the person that I saw was nice and the car was driven in shortly after I arrived.
About 40 minutes later, the checkup was completed and it cost less than $20. I was very pleased.

This car is very quiet and roomy. The doors are very sound. The screen is very easy to read. The safety features are wonderful. It is beautiful.
Professional, friendly and quick service.
Becky was great assisting me with my needs regarding my service on the Rav 4 and even went above and beyond helping me when I was looking into the Lexus RX350.

This car is what I expected and more. I feel very secure in it. Very reliable and has great gas efficiency. The design is very nice too.
What I liked best - having my favorite and most experienced service rep back - Don Smith!!! I was so happy!!! He is one of your best assets!
I was in for a Takata air bag recall. It was determined that it would take longer than anticipated and they had a driver (who was extremely professional and nice) drive me home and then came to pick me up when the car was ready. I truly appreciated this!

this car is very well made. Its comfortable and a very nice ride , the body style is also very nice and it over all looks great
The overall experience was pleasant. We were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time for our 55,000 mile maintenance. Our appointment was on time and our vehicle was ready to go within a very reasonable time, even before we thought it would be. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Gary Walker is very knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate him.

Good performance, very cheap interior!

Excellent basic cheaper car with good gas mileage, good brakes, and good drivability. A little noisy, but like most in its class. Cruise control is terrible with any hills on your trip. No real cupholders, power outlets, or USB plugs in the back even though this is NOT the low end Corolla. The seat material stains way too easily and can't be cleaned, even by the dealer. The floor "carpet" is NOT carpet, but felt---which CANNOT be vacuumed or really cleaned well at all. It is the worst floor material I have ever had since my first car(of many) since 1962! Bought used with 7000 miles, I took it to my dealer every 500 miles for checkup and service. At 38K, I took off the wheel to check the brakes and found the inside of the rotors were heavily grooved while the outside was barely used. The calipers were BOTH frozen. Unfortunately, neither brakes or calipers are covered under any warranty, and the dealership (Acton Totoya) offered me nothing when I showed them the problem! How could they have missed such a big problem if they really checked my car over each time? I fixed it all myself and now, with 68K, have had NO more problems with the brakes. The plastic front overhang is too low and has broken off twice when hitting the curb stones in parking lots while parking at low speed. The left front two speakers have not worked since about 10K and I haven't taken the door apart to find out why, but heard there is a problem with the door wiring just above the lower speaker. Except for the brakes thing, it has been an economical and zippy commuter car, but I will definitely go back to the Camry next time!
Excellent, professional & friendly service! Thanks

Very friendly service from start to finish. The service manager I dealt with (Gary) was courteous and professional and he went "above and beyond" in making my experience at Moses as easy on me as possible. Thanks to Gary and the other folks for their kind help!

Nothing was ever wrong with it really... I drove it for many years and didn't have any major problems. The paint started bubbling at the wheel well around 5 years in though
I saw a vehicle that appeared to be one of those "too good to be true" scenarios. Sent email to dealer via Cars.com a few days later, I received a reply back that the vehicle had been sold and that "all mileage" was accurate. Nothing else to do after that.

Good car if you use it just for work

It is a good car for people that go from house to work and hang out with friends but not for those who want to speed up and off-road
Ryan and Gene Walker get right down to business from the get go. My husband and I were looking at several vehicles before making a purchase. Once we made our decision, the Walker family saw it through and purchasing the vehicle was a success. Honesty, atmosphere, and people skills go along way especially when it is genuine.

Car basically drives itself. Car small I would love to stay in the middle of lane but the computer says different. Seems like I fight with the car more then anything. Other then that I love the car just wish I didn’t have to fight with the computer so much.
