They turned around

I had a transmission issue with my car, towed it to dealership Sunday night and called Dealership first thing on Monday when they opened up at 7:00 am (scheduling department -service advisors didn't pick up at 6:30 pm when called). The scheduler was not customer friendly (being nice) but scheduled me for a Thursday appointment with no car for 4 days. He even went to the extent stating if you want, talk to the manager and he will say the same thing when I asked "do you schedule so full with no room for unscheduled service calls either". The service manager never called me but rather I saw the email stating my appointment was booked for Thursday. Service advisor did call finally on Monday noon and indicated he will try to get it in if there is an opening before. They finally looked at the car on Wednesday and confirmed it was a false transmission fail issue. I would say Service Advisor at least was empathetic with the situation. The good thing about this is they did not charge me for the initial diagnostics. The only thing I would say is, if they could have done this on first thing Monday, I wouldn't have had to wait and spend on Lyft and Uber for my travel. But over all I would still say it is a good experience. I have been with facility for over 12 years now - buying car and servicing all at this place.
