Serrvice changed when you get high mileage in your car

I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!
Just happened to stop by the dealership. The sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable about several cars on the lot. The sales manager guy was very hands on, went over a lot of options that could be ordered
Excellent experience with every aspect of buying my new RAV4 at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island. The entire team (James, Jay, AI, etc.) took such great care of me.
They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.
This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.
I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!
Drove 70 miles to look at a very specific Toyota Camry. It turned out to be worth the trip. Worked with Todd Salazar and GM- Dave Brooker. After listening to my buying concerns, Todd recommended a different Camry. I am glad he did and ended up buying the car he recommended. Throughout the process they listened and were very helpful. I would highly recommend their dealership. I have purchased many cars and this was without question the best experience I have ever had.

bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
Great buying experience, great team, including Chris and Lill in service and Wayne in the body shop. Love my continental. Someone hit it when it was only 6 mos old. You think it will never be like new . . . 18 mos after repairs and it's still driving like new. I'll purchase from them again!
We. Quit using this dealership 5 years ago based on their high pressures sales techniques- swore we would never go back to Germaine.
with new ownership we stopped by for a second price comparison -frankly not expecting much.we talked with Austin and 20 minutes later we bought a new Tacoma from him. No pressures , honorable sales person- great manager, perfect and easy experience- VERY impressed!
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!

On Nov, 27, 2018 I went to Carson HONDA to have an oil change/maintenance there even though I first got my car from Downey. I approached Brooke Shelton & explained her my situation then she began checking my status in small comp. When she confirmed, she then input my info into comp inside the lobby then she gave me an estimate on when the service will be done. She's very professional, she's perfect for her job, excellent customer service!

I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
Did my inquiry online. Got a call in less than a minute from Phillip. Very professional and gave me options as far as the Camry I need. Ended up buying the SE which I got at a very aggressive price. DCH Toyota Torrance is a really chill dealership. Everyone is nice and I did not feel the pressure at all.
