I originally started discussing a new Tacoma with Tae Lee via email. He was a breeze to deal with and was quick to respond. When I showed up to test drive the truck I was treated with respect and taken care of right away. I ended up driving it home that day! They gave me a GREAT deal (truly) on the Tacoma and I couldn’t be more satisfied. 5 stars for sure!!
Less than four years ago, I was introduced to Dan Kerrigan. Since that time, my wife, my son, and I, have purchased or leased six vehicles from Findlay Volkswagen.
Dan Kerrigan is the main reason. His friendly and professional nature makes him a pleasure to work with. I have even stopped in for their VW events and checked in with Dan on those visits.
Additionally, we have worked with Lindsay in the service department. She is also very professional, friendly, and great to work with. Lindsay always takes care of us and is sure to make certain that we are aware of how long things will take and arranges rides if we need them.

On Nov, 27, 2018 I went to Carson HONDA to have an oil change/maintenance there even though I first got my car from Downey. I approached Brooke Shelton & explained her my situation then she began checking my status in small comp. When she confirmed, she then input my info into comp inside the lobby then she gave me an estimate on when the service will be done. She's very professional, she's perfect for her job, excellent customer service!
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
Excellent experience with every aspect of buying my new RAV4 at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island. The entire team (James, Jay, AI, etc.) took such great care of me.
They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.
This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.
I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive! We are strongly recommend this dealership.
They Staff at Aiport Kia was top notch, Blake helped me get the car i could afford with everything that i wanted. Easy, painless, and efficient process. And i LOVE my 2019 Kia Forte, it was my first new car buying experience and they made me every step of the way and guided me in the direction I needed. It was an overall great experience and I highly recommend Airport Kia to anyone looking for a new car! Ask for Blake!
Excellent, just need to bring the car back to SEE why the engine light is coming on. The car is driving excellent but I am concerned about the engine light.
