This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!

The entire process of buying a used car was excellent. Everything went smoothly and the sales rep, Donny Chakoian, went above and beyond the call of duty for the entire experience. Although they seemed short staffed that evening, he was able to help me and several other customers in a very polite and seamless effort to answer all questions. When you need a car, go to him!!

Finally an no pressure car buying experience! I like to get a new or new to me used vehicle but like many customers, kind of dread the whole experience of “dealing with the sales people”. I don’t like the whole drawing boxes, asking what I want my payment to be and let me go talk to my sales manager… AGAIN! I dealt with Josh and to be fair I knew what I was going in for so unless you have a day to kill on a car lot, do your homework prior to going to the dealership. When I got to McGee Josh greeted us and had the cars I wanted to look at ready to go for a test drive. There was a good demeanor with Josh and it was easy to work with him. Deal was made that day (Saturday) and I picked my vehicle up Monday with tags, title, registration and inspection sticker by 10am! By far this has been the best car buying experience I’ve had for a car that I really love. Thanks Josh and Joel at McGee!!!

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. While many dealerships say they really care about making customers happy, Albrecht CDJR is a gold standard dealership for customer satisfaction. They agreed to fix a problem with my Durango that was not their fault because it was an OEM issue. Stellantis should have issued a recall on my radio but they haven't yet. Making me happy was more important to them than pointing fingers, and they fixed the issue at no charge. They are the type of dealership that you can trust because they play the long game, and they really do want customers for life. It's too bad that there aren't more dealerships like them.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years.
