The only negative was finding a ?misc? charge on my bill statement that equaled 13.5% of my total for parts and labor. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Raymond specializes in used cars. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. He had the perfect car for me waiting to look at and test drive. It’s like I had picked the car myself! I didn’t even need to look at anything else. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything I highly recommend Raymond and this dealership. Everyone was so very nice
