Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
I went in back in August and was very skeptical and thought I could get better deal somewhere else...I soon found out that NOBODY else would give me a chance except for buy here pay here. Which for same payment I now have New dependable car with warranty .These cars are nice there not 10+ years old with 200 thousand miles and its real bank so it will help credit score...I cant even get credit card and Zach got me a car loan. Process is very easy and fast almost seems to good to be true. But 100% legit...Zack and finance was great and would recommend to anyone
I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.
I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.

First let me start by saying that I would never give a car buying process 5 stars because I believe the negotiation back and forth should be eliminated. With that being said, my experience at Georgesville Nissan was about as good as it could possibly be.
I have had two experiences at GN that had me impressed. The first is while my previous vehicle was at an oil change and I decided to walk the auto mall and window shop for vehicles. Out of all of the dealers I stopped at, only Chris Glowka at GN stepped outside to greet this “walk up” person checking out a Rogue. The conversation was easy and low pressure and I was able to get a good quality test drive in while I was waiting on my car. This experience and the quality of the Rogue got me to come back when I was ready to make a purchase.
On purchase day I had my 5yr old son with me and I thought the entire dealership did a great job handling an excited 5yr old child in a pleasant professional manner. The kids tablet station was another excellent touch and made my experience and my child’s experience stress free.
Now for the deals. Initial numbers were not what I wanted and I expected this, but never at any time did I feel pressured in to taking the deal. I could tell that Chris and the rest of the staff were genuinely trying to find numbers that would meet my needs as well as their own.
Ultimately a deal was made and I drove off with my new Rogue Midnight Edition and my son had showroom balloons in hand. The low pressure and excellent customer service was an absolute pleasure. I have made a lot of car deals over the years and this was one of the best experiences I have had.

We told them up front we would be honest and we asked the same from them. We felt like they delivered on that promise and we didn't feel pressured at all.
