This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.
After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done.
Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.
Raul Melendez at Huntington Honda saves the day - known him for a while and by far he is the most honest and fair salesperson I have ever met at Honda - truly a great guy and no B.S. Time for a 2019 pilot tonight babbbbyy!!!

I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would also like to commend Frank Cannizaro for all his help.
This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.

I was skeptical to buy a car anywhere because the last time I purchased a vehicle, I had a lot of issues with what was promised and what was delivered. Both Sam and the manager understood this and worked with me to make me feel comfortable about the experience. They answered my questions and helped me find the best way to finance. When we had an issue with the license plate holder, they made sure it was taken care of. I???m very happy with my new car! Thanks to Sam for being so accessible, and Richard for explaining everything about the loan.

I've always dreaded the car buying experience... until I met Clement Max Corriette. From the start, he was very hospitable and professional. I'm so glad that he was the one that offered his service when I came in. He set out to help me accomplish my goal of purchasing a 2019 ES 350 on the same day. It was crunch time for me because I had to return my current lease to another dealership in a few days. When my original plan didn't work in my favor, Clement went above and beyond to offer other scenarios until we agreed upon the best deal for me. He also took care of my lease return. I am forever grateful to him. He is very knowledgeable. He has many years of experience in this field and knows it inside out. He truly lives up to his title of "Lexus Certified Master". I recommend all of my family, friends, and anyone who reads this review to come in and speak to Clement. He will take care of you - no matter what your situation is. Probably one of the BEST car leasing experiences I've had in ages. Spent a full Saturday bouncing from several dealership (Honda, Subaru, Nissan). The attention I received throughout the entire process has been unparalleled. My salesperson Nikson could not have been better!!! He knows the product, is very approachable and answered questions and concerns I had about the vehicle even outside of our original appointment. I opted to return to Toyota on a Fri evening still unsure of my decision but the staff made the process so pleasant and matched a competitor’s offer that I couldn't walk away. Toyota's are great cars but knowing how exceptional and helpful the staff at Toyota of Stamford is such an added bonus.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Colonial Toyota and our 2nd from our sales person Anthony Mao. We actually look for Anthony, he makes us feel comfortable and this time he had some great advice. We were originally in the market for a used Highlander coming off a lease because that's what we could afford. Anthony discussed possibly leasing instead of purchasing and brought to our attention a lot of the benefits of going the lease route. After going home and doing some research of our own and talking to some friends we decided to lease a 2017 Highlander XLE. We were able to get a brand new vehicle instead of a used one. Anthony was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle and worked with my wife on picking out the color. Going with Anthony's advice we went with the pearl white exterior with black interior. We then sat down with Kasey Curran and he explained all of the details of the lease and answered all of our questions. After doing my own research I thought I had the lease language down and understood the complexity of how a lease works, which by the way is probably the biggest reason why people buy over leasing, but Kasey was able to explain how a lease works and made it simple to understand. He took his time and answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. We look forward to 3 years from now when we get to pick out a new vehicle. Hopefully Anthony Mao is still selling cars. To make thing even better I can't wait till Lenny Pue our service consultant, who we've been dealing with since 2002 and serviced our 2000 Camry XLE, sees our new Highlander. We really trust Lenny and bring all of our Toyota's to him to get serviced. He makes sure our vehicles are well maintained and safe for us to drive in. Never pressures us to make a purchase that isn't necessary and always works within our budget. Absolutely love Colonial Toyota!
Ali Shah was the man called to talk to us--I think it was the luck of the draw and the luck was all ours. We bought both a previously owned Prius and an Avalon, while trading in a Kia. From start to finish, Ali was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. Not that we needed to be coaxed but after the less-than-gracious (aka rude) treatment from Eagle Motors next door, he was a welcome relief. I'd also like to single out Matt Governali in the finance department for completing what was an enjoyable experience from the moment we walked out the door to the moment we drove away with our two cars. I cannot recommend Riverhead Toyota more--and especially to women! who are often treated with condescension by car salesmen.

Very nice and knowledgeable salesmen. I was pushed around and ignored at 4 other dealerships and about to give up when a friend recommend Toyota of Massapequa. They didn't talk down to me at all and they were very sympathetic about my budget and credit situation. I had $1500 to put down and needed to be under $300 per month. The salesman,Ali explained to me how a RAV4 would be to much money to achieve that payment. He showed me a Nissan rouge and everything worked out perfectly!!!! They got me approved and my payment was less than I expected. They also gave me 1 year of free maintenance free of charge. I will recommend all of my family and friends.
Bought a brand new camry thanks to Jazmine Q, and the sales manager Karan. Couldnt be more happier with my car but also the whole process was great. Jazmine was very informative of the car answered all my questions and also got numbers from her manager quick and fast made the whole car buying process hassle free.
