I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, however what I wanted was not common to find! I wanted the Toyota Tacoma in a 6 speed manual in the Qucksand color. However there were none on site or even at any nearby dealerships. Our salesman helped us by contacting the factory and finding out that there were 2 cars set to be built on the assembly line that were slated to be shipped to Virginia. They rerouted it's final destination the Westport. We waited the 3 weeks for it to come in and it actually came in 1 day early! As soon as I saw it, it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any others in our area.
This is my second Rav4 leased from Toyota of Greenwich and my family's 6th car from this dealer. This time around, I worked with Bobby Caldwell. He was professional, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I never felt the pressure to make the deal that you feel at other dealerships.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.
I met with Alejandra Arboleda to discuss new car options and I walked out of the dealer with a brand new car the same day. Alejandra and the rest of the team were extremely professional and worked with me in getting out of a lease before the actual end date. I was able to get the car I WANTED!!!!! Go to Rivera Toyota and ask for Alejandra!!!
Since the day I bought my Highlander Everyone from the top to the bottom Have been nothing but kind, helpful and Respectful. I have felt very well taken care of and I know I can always count on them to settle any problem I may have from big to small.

Salesman, Rob Scalere & the the GSM, Liam Tully worked with me to purchase my 2018 4Runner limited and were extremely helpful and HONEST from the very start. I visited three different dealerships prior and I was treated completely different by Liam, Rob and the Rivera Toyota team. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, Rob addressed my concerns, took the time to show me how EVERYTHING in the 4Runner works, and most importantly, there were no hidden fees!!!! I love my new truck and every time I jump in and start it I'm reminded that there are honest dealerships out there that care about making the customer happy.
Mark took exceptionally good care of my service visit making sure all needs were met. He was friendly, attentive and offered to make my wait as convenience and comfortable as possible. He was accurate with the service appointment wait time, did an excellent job making sure all questions were answered and thoroughly went over all the details of the visit! I really couldn't have been more pleased!
After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done.
Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.
Raul Melendez at Huntington Honda saves the day - known him for a while and by far he is the most honest and fair salesperson I have ever met at Honda - truly a great guy and no B.S. Time for a 2019 pilot tonight babbbbyy!!!
The service was very good. I was met quickly and my car taking in by the valet. Mathew Rivera completed my paperwork and answered all of my questions. my car service was completed quickly and all my questions answered.
This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would also like to commend Frank Cannizaro for all his help.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
