I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
Just bought my Audi Q5 from here and I loved the service from the whole team. Sales people not pushy at all, no pressure atmosphere and clean car at fair price. Gave us a great value for our Acura. Finally, they got us a better rate than our bank could! Highly recommend great people.
This review is of my 2nd of two purchases within one month. The second purchase was to replace the first. Rachel was REALLY Great. She was honestly the only reason I didn???t give up and walk out of the dealership frustrated and in tears (which I came within seconds of). She stepped in after what had been a complete and total mess with a previous purchase and literally kept me from loosing my shi* on everyone there. The Key factors in her service that Kept this from happening were: 1. She didn???t waste my time. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she gave me her full, undivided attention while I explained it all in detail- and she ACTUALLY listened - the.first.time. 2. She didn???t try to show me a bunch of cars I wasn???t interested in, or cars that were *close enough* to what I wanted. 3. She didn???t use a bunch of abbreviations/acronyms/car jargon that I didn???t understand, and whenever I had a question she didn???t know the answer to, she didn???t evade it or make me feel like I was annoying her - she actually took the time to find out the answer for me. 4. She was real and straight forward, and about as far from a typical salesperson as you can get. Honestly, at the end of the day - She is the only reason I would ever even consider going back to this dealership again.
Sam was excellent! He was the first one to ask if I needed any help. 4 days later after searching for cars and no luck. I called Sam. He answered right away and he made it super easy! I now am a happy owner of a 2019 CHALLENGER SCAT PACK RT/ SRT. Thanks Sam for all your help!!! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at Dick Hannah Dealerships and this last experience was the Best!

My trade in experience was an easy process, with the help of a few professional, easy going and knowledgeable agents, who took the time to make sure that I was happy with my trade in value. They were informative on any questions that I had, while helping me go in the right direction of a new purchase. Awesome experience overall!
We worked with Kristin DeMars right from the start. We had done prior research and knew we wanted a Rav4. She listened to our wants and needs and found a couple cars that met our criteria. She thoroughly explained what options were available on the different models. After our test drive, she gave us time to discuss our options. There was no pressure at any time to purchase. Once we decided to buy, the completion of the sale went smoothly. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable along the way. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Gladstone for your car needs.
