Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
This makes our third car from Cain Toyota. Our first (2005 Corolla) and second (2013 Camry) Cain Toyota cars are still in the family and is still on the road after 14 years. Monday, I found the car I wanted, a super low mileage 2017 Corolla. Because I am a man and I will do whatever I want whenever I want I had to ask my wife if it was OK first. Well long story short, after I left Cain Toyota the car was sold. I found out the next day when I called the salesman to make a hold deposit. Oh well, maybe next time. Wednesday I got a call from Sam Warther and he said they had a 2018 Corolla go on the lot at same price as the 2017 that I wanted. This time the wife came with me and she drove the Corolla. And end of story. Like I said this is Toyota number 3 from Cain for good reason. Great cars and great dealership. We even found out that the salesman that got us into our first Toyota was still selling cars with Cain Toyota. Long solid steady track record of great cars for an excellent dealership.

In 25 years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant transaction ever. We were coincidentally in Ohio only a few days after finding the car online, and had limited time. Robert agreed to meet us at 8am on Easter Sunday! The Audi A5 was exactly as pictured online, immaculate, and we drove it off the lot in less than an hour. We're from Florida, but we'll be calling Robert next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you!!
Serra bought Park Auto in 2017 and although many Park employees are still there, the overall management is clearly different and more oriented to corporate sales instead of customer satisfaction. My recent purchase experience showed they are no longer the same company that I respected and trusted in the past. My suggestion is to shop more carefully and compare other dealers.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
I can't think of a more knowledgeable staff. The courtesy and efficiency are unmatched in satisfying old and new customers alike on the sales floor and in the service areas. The quality of time with each customer and the deep knowledge of each style of vehicle that is available is noticeable during each visit. I, as a customer of Don Joseph Toyota can't be more pleased.
I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and went into this dealership several times over the past few months and was never disappointed. The salesman Alex Maurer met with me each time to help me figure out all the features and add in I wanted while staying within my budget. He was very upfront and honest, never pushy, and really took the time to find out what I wanted. After several months, and a lot of work and effort on his part, he found what I wanted for the price I wanted as well. I was in and out and didn’t have to spend an entire day going back and forth on the price. He and the finance team worked really hard when I was not there to work out the deal I wanted so all I had to do was come in, sign paperwork. He took the time to fully go over all the features of my new vehicle and how to use them. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this dealership after the experience I had!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
