The sudden loss of my paid for low mileage Corolla was a shock (storm and tree did a job on it!) especially since I am relatively new to the area. I've driven Corollas for 40 years, so what the next car would be was not a question though a car payment was. My brother had recently purchased at Copeland and suggested Erik. It still amazes me that I was in a "gently used" 2017 Corolla LE only 4 days after the tree did its dirty work on my 2010! I could not be happier with the service at every turn! Thank you!
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.
Anna made a difficult deal relatively painless. She worked hard to make it happen and came in on her day off to meet with me. She addressed all of my concerns and was able to mediate a successful closing. Strongly recommend her!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

After receiving high-pressure, bait and switch tactics, along with ecxcessive unneccessary wait times at another Toyota dealership my elderly father (82 years old) was very very frustrated . He found Wellesley Toyota to be the exact opposite. Wellesley Toyota offered low pressure combined with the most aggressive pricing and friendly sales staff. The icing on the cake was that the ownership and senior level management were approachable and engaged. I would highly recommend using Wellesley Toyota to buy or lease your next vehicle. I know that I am!
Our experience with each staff member at Wellesley Toyota was very good. I felt no pressure, was given plenty of time to drive the car that I was thinking of buying. From the moment I walked in, my salesperson, Henry Esteve, was laid back, but attentive. I appreciated his no-pressure approach and his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. He gave me time to figure out what I wanted and was pro-active about looking for a car the color that I wanted. I found all the staff from management to sales to financing to be very helpful.
Our decision making process was slow and thorough. We visited Wellesley Toyota many times and always felt welcomed. There was never any pressure of any kind, instead, there was a genuine effort to help us in our process, at our pace. There was an entire team that worked with us and made us feel a priority, for months. Mohammed Najem and Shaun Fisher had amazing patience and were most accommodating, even doing test drives to our home, for us to see how the big SUV would fit in our garage. Every step in our purchase process was good and we are very happy with our choice. This was one of many dealerships we visited and it consistently stood out even above luxury car dealerships in the way they focused on our needs and respected our timeline. Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat.
