Very positive staff from initial phone call to working with Finance and driving off the lot! I knew this was where I wanted to buy based on how straightforward and prompt Alex was, I shopped around and this was where I found the best deal.
It was a pleasant experience bringing my car to AutoNation for service. My only gripe was the fact that I brought my car in at the earliest time available and it was still a seven hour wait before my car was ready for pick-up. This was for an inspection, tire rotation and alignment and wiper replacement. When I asked about the long wait, I was told the dealership had many cars come in for service that morning. I had an appointment that was made the previous week for the earliest time-slot available. How did all these other vehicles get in in front of my appointment?!? Small gripe for some, but it burned most of my day off..............
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Each individual I spoked too and worked with took the time to understand what was going on and with everyone involved at the dealership the final resolution was an unbelievable outcome.
