From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was in on Saturday and everyone was very busy, but managing to go about their business in a pleasant and professional manner. An excellent group of men and women that take their job seriously and go the extra distance to offer help and assistance each and every time.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
My Girlfriend and I went in to buy a Prius V. We had already identified the ones available and Willie came out and greeted us. He was polite and knowledgable. He ran in to grab the keys and we ended up buy-in the car. The only downside is we worked the deal with weather tech mats. The front and middle came in the following day, although we were not notified. The cargo area has not arrived yet and it has been 6 business days. I am curious on why the largest floor manufacturers would struggle with the 3rd most popular car in the world. The cargo area carpet is unprotected and is tan, in MN in the middle of winter, that is a long time to wait for a very popular product.

This took great patience and understanding on her part - which she definitely had. It didn't matter that they didn't have exactly the new/very slightly used vehicle in their inventory that I decided I wanted. She searched their resources until she found an SUV that 100% fit what I wanted. And it was in the price range I wanted to be in. There was never any pressure to up the amount I was willing to spend, which was a real relief for me.
Quinn is a family run business that has been in Ellsworth, WI since 1919 - they don't want to sell you a car that you will later regret buying - they are honest and upfront from the beginning to the end of your search and then purchase of the car that is right for you. I've recommended them to other people in my family and my sister (from the East Side of St. Paul, MN) had the same experience with Quinn. She purchased an older (2008) used car 2 years ago from Quinn and she is still happy with her vehicle and with the customer service she has received from Quinn since then. I give them an A+.
