I just want to reach out. Me and my husband came in to have are Honda Accord serviced and I was greeted by a young man name Logan. From the second Logan saw us pull up he started walking toward the car with a smile on are face. The way Logan greeted us at our service appointment is beyond explainable. He told me that he only believes in doing what needs to be done to the car and never recommends something with out knowing that it needs to be done. He earned mine as well as my husbands trust more then any service guy ever has. To follow all of these great things Logan then came into the waiting room where we were sitting and brought me as well as my husband a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn and sat down right next to us. Me and my husband both looked at each other and did not know what to say. Logan sat there and talked to us for over 15 min about how much he appriates are services and that he truly wants his customers to have trust in him. He told me that if there is ever anything I have a question about or just need advise that I can call his personal phone and that I am never a bothered and followed by pulling a buisness card out with his number. I will only have my car serviced by Logan from here on out. Even if that means I have a different brand car. Me nor my husband have ever met such a kind young man.

Your service personnel are fantastic especially Brandy. She went out of her way to rescue me twice during a recent repair service. Everyone there is very helpful and really makes an effort to ensure the customer is satisfied, but Brandy is a wonder!!
Danny Ruckman is my Service Advisor and he has always been polite, honest, kind and helpful. The dealership is fantastic. My 2012 Camry is running like a dream! They have a delightful cafe and everyone is friendly. They provide top notch service!
I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. My experience with Mark was outstanding. I sent them an email Sunday night and Monday morning they called to set up an appointment and actually had the truck I was looking at ready for me when I got there. I really feel like Mark went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with. Even when other customers were calling him and demanding his time, he made sure he constantly checked on us even while we were waiting for the finance guy to finish up our paperwork. It was the first time in my almost 30 years of buying cars from dealers, that I felt like I was more than just another sale. We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.

68 years old and have bought many vehicles in my time. I needed a work vehicle like really fast and since the previous one I bought was a bad one I needed to feel comfortable with this purchase. Never felt more assured in all aspects of buying a car in my life. The dealership made it all easy in a friendly manner and never felt pressured. I bought a 2013 Dodge Journey with 100,000 miles on it and so far so good
While this dealership goes above my expectations in some regards - friendliness and spot-on sales people, our experience at the dealership was less than stellar. Our very expensive car was delivered to us with a very dirty interior. It had not been cleaned as it was supposed to be. There were muddy footprints on the interior seats and doors. Also, we needed to make an appointment to return to the dealership for some minor service, and left messages with the scheduler 3 or more times. She apparently was out of the office, and no one picked up her calls. While we plan on buying another car from Pappas - we just expect the inner workings of the dealership to be more organized.
My wife and I have purchased two Toyota vans from Mark Garner during the last five years or so. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle, Mark will be our salesperson. When matters involving vehicle systems and equipment have arisen after the sale, Mark has been available and helpful in resolving these issues, even though he has no obligation to do so. On more than one occasion, Mark has taken the time to seek out persons he knows (both at Pappas Toyota and elsewhere) to obtain difficult-to-find answers to technical questions and/or difficult-to-find parts. Mark is the primary reason that my wife and I have a sense of customer loyalty to Pappas Toyota for both sales and service.
The employees at Seeger Toyota were cordial, informative and helpful. They made buying a new car a comfortable and efficient experience and worked diligently to find the kind of car I wanted to purchase.
This was my first time purchasing a Toyota or visiting Seeger. I would go back to them in the future when the need for another vehicle arises. Sal did a great job walking me through all the bells and whistles of my 2016 Highlander XLE, and Greg made the final paperwork process painless.
