First and foremost --Asher Massey should get a raise or should get promoted because his exceptional customer service skills, his patience with all of my questions, and his welcoming personality truly made me feel so comfortable throughout this daunting process. I had known I needed to buy a new car for a year now but I had been putting it off for various reasons. When I appraised my car and I submitted a request to be contacted, Asher called me within a couple of hours with the nicest of attitudes! He asked the right questions, he answered all of mine, and when he couldn't he said he would make sure to get the correct answer right away. He could have come up with ANY answer on the spot but he didn't. That's what made me see that he really had MY best interests in mind. I also enjoyed starting the process in the comfort of my own home...that was amazing!! Extremely convenient and relaxing. When I went in for a test drive, Asher again greeted me with the best attitude, very welcoming and made me feel at home. He introduced me to several employees, including his Manager. Putting a face to voices and to those making decisions for you really helped me better understand the car buying process. Even at the end after I had signed all paperwork, he still took the time to explain every feature of the car. I know it's most likely part of his job to do so but the way he added his own personality to it, his professionalism amidst my silliness, and his patience with me truly made him shine. As a first time buyer, this was a HUGE thing for me and everyone at Toyota (especially Asher) made it seem like a very easy process altogether. That's how it should be. So, thank you!!!
