I was expecting high pressure to purchase a new car. The Sales Representative, Answered all the questions
I had prepared before going to the Dealership, without any rush, sale pitch, or pressure in purchasing. He
was very helpful in explaining, each package that was on the various Prius models. We felt he was truly outstanding. We are happy with our purchase.
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I took my Toyota Prius for maintenance here and was helped by Octavio Rubio. He was very helpful through my process and directed me to the customer lounge to wait while my car was being worked on. The service people were very friendly here and I will definitely come back here to get maintenance on my car again!
Adam Raines was a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He helped me learn about the car I was interested and wasn't pushy. All of my special requests were fulfilled without any issues. Overall I had great experience and felt that I got a fair price.

So ive purchases from this dealer before but the team here in my experience these few times throughout the years although different people have definitely never been pushy, they took thier time to explain, we reviewed the numbers, everything checked out and they gave me a very good deal at the end of the day, so again thank you and I will buy from here again
Took my 4RUNNER in for the 15k mile service. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged by employees but whe they did they were polite and it was an easy drop off. They even washed it before I picked it up.
Standard maintenance and two recall items. Efficient check in process and courteous, knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the shuttle service, as the work took several hours. I would have given 5 stars but when I picked up my car there was a small scratch in the driver side door that was not pointed out to me. I pointed it out to Lou and there was no hesitation that it would be fixed, but I will need to take time out of my day to come back to have it fixed.
Great customer service, KUDOS to Marvin of Piercy Toyota he is very helpful.
Both of my Toyota are Service by (Piercey Toyota).
I will recommend this area for service and the facility has a good atmosphere while waiting.

I want to thank Chris Terklaje for helping once again.,,,,, First on 11/19/18 Chris quickly rescued me from my car not starting. I had been to Toyota 101 and had a new battery put in and the car didn't start a couple of hours later. I filled out a review to Toyota 101 regarding his excellence so please read that. It will give you all the details. Then the next evening on 11/20/18 the car didn't start and I called AAA and they towed my car to my house and told me it was the Starter. The next morning 11/21/18 I contacted Chris telling him the the Starter was considered broken. He quickly ordered a new Starter and suggested I have the car towed in as soon as possible. He said they would diagnose the car to ensure that is what the problem was. I had the car towed in and Chris took care of the problem. He had a shuttle car come to get me and the car was ready as soon as I got there. Such efficiency and excellence on his part. He needs to be commended. Thank you and especially him.
The service was professional and courteous. I needed new tires, but Toyota 101 was out of stock on the ones I required.. The shuttle service failed to pick me up. So, I took LYFT. The scheduled maintenance and front tire problem were the reason for the service visit.
