It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. We purchased our THIRD car for our family from Peppe and Ari at Highline Motors. I wish I can rate them as a 10 star service, 5 star does not seem fair for the SUPERIOR service, SUPERIOR patience and SUPERIOR delivery on our 2014 Toyota Tundra ( we also purchased a Mercedes 300 class and a BMW from Highline Motors in the past 4 years). The service department with Reed as a manager is EXCELLENT as well. We were treated with UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY!!! I was with a friend and I had terrible allergies at the time. I felt a little pressured instead of being informed about the vehicle. My last two cars were a BMW and a Landrover. The atmosphere was more informative about the vehicle and not to just sell. I ended up trading the toyota i left with a month later for a Sienna I think is far more appropriate for my busy lifestyle and luxurious for family and friends as well as a phenominal Toyota vehicle to own. This dealership could have had my business with my true purchase had they proflef my lifestyle and work as an interior designer and forensic artist with many needs for space and people tather then just selling a car. They were professional but I called back the next day with buyer regrets and went in the next week. After doing my own investigation on types of vehicles, I really liked the Sienna. Now, thankfully, to Toyota in general: I own an amazing, truly amazing Sienna.
Daughter???s car needed to be repaired. It was a lemon so Gil gave us to Dayshawnwho was very good to work with. He was very helpful in helping my daughter get a car she liked and could afford with the help of Tony in finances
We visited a few dealerships and are glad we landed at Northbrook. Larry in sales listened to what we needed, answered questions and gave us good options. Manny and Anthony were very helpful in processing the sale. We were not familiar with all the new safety and communication features and they took their time in explaining these to us. We feel that if we continue to have questions we will get excellent customer service there. And best of all are very happy with our new Toyota!

The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional
I got the ball rolling with 4 dealerships but Junior gave me a quick & fair quote over the phone while the others wanted me to do the leg work and get the best deal and then come back to them so they could beat it. Junior just gave me the best deal and it was done. Thanks!
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!
I pulled into Holman Toyota on a rainy Friday afternoon when traffic was a nightmare so it was very difficult to do an in-depth road test. I am an older gentleman so ergonomics are more important than gadgetry or even safety features. After taking the car home and driving it for a day I realized this seating would not work with my back. Holman Toyota was kind enough to say bring the car back as if the transaction never happened and they didn't have to do that. My compliments, and thank you Mark
