Darius went above and beyond to delight me. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my 2001 Tundra, it provided me with details about what my Toyota needed. I especially appreciate being able to be shown in person what was needed.

Great experience thanks to my sales agent, Sonja Stewart, who went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my new Highlander. She is patient, kind, and above all was not pushy like most agents! A certain manager, Colin, however, was an unpleasant and condescending individual.
Steve Hanna is the gentleman I work with. This was my 4th service at Marietta Toyota. All my dealings so far have been stellar. Courteous and friendly staff. Appointments are easy to get at a time that works for me. I'm in and out within a reasonable time. Great waiting room where I can log on and get work done while I wait.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
Jeanette did a great job making sure all the work needed on maintaining my Highlander. I felt bad for the service people and customers for having to be there under all that construction
