I drove from outside of Connecticut to purchase a truck at Greentree Toyota. Throughout the whole process the staff at Greentree were very knowledgeable and willing to help. With me coming from out of state there was some extra work that had to be done on my end, that I never had to do on purchasing a vehicle before. Everyone at Greentree Toyota was sympathetic to all the extra work I had to do on my end to make this deal possible and therefore gave me a great deal right off the bat that did not require any haggling over to attain.
I met with Alejandra Arboleda to discuss new car options and I walked out of the dealer with a brand new car the same day. Alejandra and the rest of the team were extremely professional and worked with me in getting out of a lease before the actual end date. I was able to get the car I WANTED!!!!! Go to Rivera Toyota and ask for Alejandra!!!
Since the day I bought my Highlander Everyone from the top to the bottom Have been nothing but kind, helpful and Respectful. I have felt very well taken care of and I know I can always count on them to settle any problem I may have from big to small.

Salesman, Rob Scalere & the the GSM, Liam Tully worked with me to purchase my 2018 4Runner limited and were extremely helpful and HONEST from the very start. I visited three different dealerships prior and I was treated completely different by Liam, Rob and the Rivera Toyota team. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, Rob addressed my concerns, took the time to show me how EVERYTHING in the 4Runner works, and most importantly, there were no hidden fees!!!! I love my new truck and every time I jump in and start it I'm reminded that there are honest dealerships out there that care about making the customer happy.
Mark took exceptionally good care of my service visit making sure all needs were met. He was friendly, attentive and offered to make my wait as convenience and comfortable as possible. He was accurate with the service appointment wait time, did an excellent job making sure all questions were answered and thoroughly went over all the details of the visit! I really couldn't have been more pleased!
The service provided was exceptional. The service receptionist, Dena Raymondo was pleasent and professional. I was called when service was complete. The service personnel along with maintance needed was outstanding service. Thank you for an outstanding job!
Liam Tully was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating to my situation. He answered all of my questions directly and gave clear explanations. No grey areas like I have experienced at dealerships in the past. 5 Stars Class Act.
Mark was amazing. In this day and age of technology and low touch services, it is nice to interact with someone who is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile. Mark is that person. Bringing the car to Toyota to be serviced is a pleasure.
I went in for the regular service (10k, 15k, 20k, etc.) and it is always a joy to work with the Toyota service team. Everyone is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about any questions I may have. The team member, I believe her name was Vilma, was super attentive with all my concerns, and really helped translate all the car lingo stuff I usually have a hard time understanding. I hope to work exclusively with her next time I am in.
This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!

For 5 months, I have had a problem with my Rav, stalling out on me and unable to drive. Two times, I had to be towed back for service. Throughout the 5 months, i was given loaner cars as they tried to service my car. The last time it had to be towed , I know longer had any confidence in getting back the my car and be totally safe driving it. Thats when I met with Michael Devine, Exchange Manager and we able to make a deal.Throughout the 5 months I was in contact with Reed Chatting at least twice a week. Great guy to work with. And working with Michael was also a pleasure. Both listened to my concerns and requests. Jose Cordero was most accomodating in doing all paper work and requests.Roland Allard met with me the last time I had to be towed to service, and listened to my frustration, and made arrangements for me to meet with Michael.
Because from the instant we walked into the dealership we were taken care of. The gentlemen were great. Professional. Made you feel at home. From sales to finance.
