Mr. Fred Fortson provided an upscale experience during the entire process! After locating similar cars at Lexus dealers near our hometown of Nashville, Lexus of Chattanooga came through with our desirable price point for the new ES 350. Fred made the drive worth our effort. Upon arrival, the ES was inside, detailed and ready for delivery. And yes, anyone looking to purchase a Lexus should give Mr. Fortson an opportunity.
Marco was an excellent salesman. He first asked questions to get a general idea of what I liked. Then he drilled deeper into what I though was important and thought I wanted. After that, he presented me with several different options (cars) that fit what I'd told him. Marco was not pushy. But he showed interest, was very knowledgeable, and presented what I might like in a very concise manner. I came in for parts for my Tundra and planned only to look around for a future buy. His professionalism and ability led me to buy a car on the spot; without any reservations. He was extremely polite, caring, and attentive.
Our experience with Michael Heath was wonderful. He was patient, helpful, understanding, etc. and we couldn???t be more pleased with how smooth the whole process went from the beginning to the very end. I will definitely be recommending him to people that I know.

This was my first experience with buying a Lexus. I was impressed Ralph Paty and the entire Lexus Team. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ralph took the time to find the right car for my Husband and I. I would definitely recommend the Lexus Of Chattanooga Dealership and be sure to ask for Ralph Paty, he is the best!
This particular dealership was awesome! Marco was very friendly and funny.... he took a lot of haggling from my fiancee , but was always very respectful and courteous! I would recommend this dealership as well as Marco Perez to take very good care of you and your car needs!
I went into the dealership to swap out a car and they made it a quick and painless. The salesman, Marco Perez, made buying a car a pleasure and not hassle. He already knew what needed to be done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson, Taylor Alton was amazing, he was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made sure we had ALL our questions answered for our decision making. We decided within the hour and had it written all up shortly after that. Everyone, we came in contact with was awesome. Great dealership all around. No waiting throughout the process of the purchase. Met immediately as we stepped out of the car by Taylor Alton. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him. Alfred Polk in Finance was great as well. Extremely knowledgeable - knows the stuff like the back of his hand. You cant go wrong getting either of these two.
My husband and I have been shopping around for a Highlander. One dealership told us we didn???t need a Highlander (Capital Toyota)because we didn???t drive much and he would not even offer to show us a Highlander and was very rude. We went to Cleveland Toyota and were immediately met with a smile. His name was Zane. He was extremely courteous,polite, patient, and very professional..We also got to see Keith Jackson who had in the past worked with us. He assured us he would personally take care of us again. If there were more salesmen like Zane and Keith I truly believe more car lots would be empty. What a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with such good men.
