Everyone at the dealership was polite and professional. The sales rep, Ryan was Incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. He answered questions I didn???t even know I had. I highly recommend him and the dealership

After receiving the online price, Carlos and I agreed to meet first thing Friday morning. Carlos and the car were ready to go when I arrived. The test drive went well and I was very pleased with the value for my trade in. We closed the deal the same day. I???m very happy to be part of th Toyota family since 2007 and we will be back for our next car purchase.
I live in Delaware so I worked with Steve and Brad over the phone to work out a deal on vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Both of these gentleman worked very hard to get me a great deal on the purchase of the vehicle that I wanted and made sure that I was very happy. The experience was the best I've ever had for purchasing a vehicle. When I went in to see vehicle in person and sign paperwork the experience was again top notch!!! Everything was just as discussed over the phone. My finance person, Danielle, was also great to work with, she made that part of the purchase a pleasure. Steve went over every aspect of the vehicle with me, even set up a lot of stuff right there and I've never had a salesperson at any dealership do that before and when I left with my vehicle I knew how to work everything and that was pretty awesome. I will have this vehicle for a very long time, but when I'm ready for something new I'll be making the drive to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills again!!! I'm very happy to be a part of the Heritage Toyota Owings Mills Family!!!
good service clean showroom good . Salesman knowledgeable manager worked with the price. Management can do a little better for repeat customers could be price or any incentive. Overall excellent service
Everyone was great worked with Kyle, Jim,and Stephanie to get me a Toyota RAV4, runs beautifully. Never had a Toyota, so Kyle was like a encyclopedia for me with the car and the standards really appreciate that. Jim and Stephanie worked on the financing and got us something that we felt comfortable with. Would recommend for anyone.
Robin always goes above and beyond. She makes you feel so welcome. She kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and made very good recommendations. I always ask to work with her. Thank you Robin

This review is in reference to their service center. I'm not really sure how I feel about the service center. I can say that their staff Crystal is really polite and professional, however, this location is not forward thinking or considerate of time. I had an appointment in the morning and it was light freezing rain and on and off snow, a very light coating. Instead of receiving a courteous call saying that they would not be able to service the car due to the weather, they had me drive in and go through their entire check-in process just to tell me that they could only do a visual inspection. They could have simply called and said this instead of having me drive to the location just to tell me that or provided a warning when I made the appointment. I can understand not wanting to test drive the car in freezing rain, however, I've had my previous vehicle serviced at other locations and would always receive a call the day before or on that day if they could not service the car. So if you are taking your car to Heritage Toyota Catonsville service center and the weather (rain, snow, sleet, fog) permits them from working on your car or test driving the car, it would be best for you to call them before you drive their and go through their check-in process just to be told they cant work on the vehicle .

Shawnta, Larry, and Eric worked together to make sure i got the car i wanted they went out and beyond for me i never felt that much love from strangers but when i left i felt like they was family i appreciate everything y???all have done for me.
Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!
The car was driven over a curb and developed a oscillation in the steering wheel while on vacation. Took it in to Koons in Westminister and they did the inspection quickly and determined only an alignment was needed. The alignment was completed and car returned in less than an hour.
Omg!! I came in for an oil change and saw a RAV4 in the most gorgeous color! And the rest is history! Vitaly worked with me until he made me a deal I could not refuse! Bob Erwin was delightful answered all my questions and I went home in a new car! This dealership is like family. Thank you guys so much!
Our whole experience as Koons Westminster was superb. Extended test drive, applications and financing, and signing all done within 2 hours. No hassling/ harassment once I expressed interest in the vehicle and we were free to come as we pleased. Roberto and Regina were excellent. next vehicle purchase (hopefully not for a while) will definitely be at Koons!
The service advisor, Tammy was very personable, understood the work to be done and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
