Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!
Our sales person was Mike Cochran, he was a pleasure to work with, Mike found us exactly what we were looking for in our truck, when our truck came into the lot, he called us and said he had a truck he thought we would really like and we have absolutely loved and enjoyed our 2012 F150 Ford, it had everything we wanted it to have as if we had ordered it special.
Daniel was my service Advisor this time. Informed me on all that was included in my 10,000 mile Toyota Care Service Package and what I would receive. Work was completed in a timely manner As I was sitting in the waiting room, my Salesman - Adrian Gjergji came by and ask if I needed anything such as water, coffee and how was my Toyota RAV4 was performing, etc... I did not buy my Corolla from you but your dealership is closer to me so I brought it to your place and I have to say it is wonderful. I needed a 6 month check up and everyone from the time I got there was terrific.
I have been a loyal customer of Toyota of Orland since 1997. My purchase of the flagship Avalons has always been a premium choice. The service department staff have been sincerely personable in their expertise. They give sound suggestions for service to your vehicle in detail, and keep up to date on any safety recalls that may occur. One of my favorite service specialists is Anthony "Tony" Camacho who I can depend on to give me great advice in vehicle upkeep and suggesting the best economical decisions for each individual customer. When I drive away from the dealership, I can be guaranteed that my vehicle is working at Toyota's highest specifications. Also I enjoy talking "trash" about sports teams with the entire crew. If you decide to get a new or pre-driven Toyota, the Orland Park site is a great choice.

I explained what my concerns were and why I brought my vehicle in for service. The service rep listened to what I had to say and told me what they planned to do. It was done in the time he stated and he explained what was done and why. Tony was pleasant, helpful and nice to do business with. I always ask to have Tony as my service rep as I have done business with him several times over the past years and I know I can trust that he will do what is best for my vehicle.
The service department is great. Jose Valero is courteous and checked me I. A timely fashion. The oil change and tire rotation took about an hour, even though they were very busy they took care and respected each customer.
This was our 8th car that we have purchased from Oak Lawn Toyota. Everyone from the salesmen to the service department gives you nothing but the best that they can give. I know this will not be the last car we purchase from them!
Very happy with the help I received while purchasing a car for my father-in-law! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and they really took the time to answer all of his questions and got him a great deal.
