The sales consultant at dealership was friendly, courteous and respectful. To be able to leave out of the dealer with a brand new car is the best feeling ever. Kris Teeters went out of his way to make sure I was assisted with a loan to obtain my car. Kris Teeters "Rocks" He was very outgoing, supportive and friendly.was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient and attentive.
I went to buy a new Highlander. I knew what I wanted but they didn't have it in stock. Kris Teeter gave us exceptional customer service and found the car I wanted. The car buying process was easy and quick.
My sales representative was very personable and took his time answering all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. The same went for the financial adviser who worked out the bank deal.
Although I live in Maryland I was enticed to visit Harrisburg???s Faulkner to check a well-priced vehicle. With no hassle and willingness to an additional discount from the dealer I ended up buying the car. Needless to say, it was one of the most easy car purchases my wife and I ever made. No surprises and no pressure. Even though we arrived around the closing time, the staff (Jason, the salesman, and Dallas (?) the finance person with his trainer) made us feel very comfortable during the entire time. A day later, we contacted the dealership regarding an additional issue and found the Faulkner being very responsive.

Car shopping is one of the worst things to have to do. I walked in and was greeted. I told Jim Porter what I was there to look at and what i was willing to spend. He made all the numbers work and I drove away in a new car! I would give Faulkner Toyota the first chance at any new business of mine.
These guys are the best. No pressure, no haggling, no stress! This was my first time buying a car so naturally I was very stressed out to begin with. In a two week span I had gone to 3 other dealers, got suckered into a bait 'n switch and called several others and not one of them came even close to the numbers that Faulkner had. I had been back and forth on the phone throughout the week with Bruce Glantz, so by the time we made our way out there (coming from North Jersey) the numbers had already been worked out. We waked in, took it for a test drive, and started the paper work. Bruce went over every single detail of the car with us, printed out the car fax, reviewed the certified pre-owned check-point inspection form with me and even had the already clean car RE-detailed for me while we did the paperwork. Domenick Criscuolo, the business manager, was also a pleaser to work with. He was respectful and never once did he make me feel pressured into buying a package or warranty that I wasn't comfortable with. He took his time in explaining all the features of the warranty options with me too, by drawing a little diagram. The best part about these guys is the respect that they showed me (a young female buying her first car). At every other dealer I had gone to before the salesmen wouldn't look me in the eye, or they would talk to my boyfriend instead of me even though I was the one buying the car. Bruce and Dom always spoke straight to me and made me very comfortable in my decision to purchase a car from them. A wonderful experience!
Sean Gilbert, sales, has thorough product knowledge and it was a pleasure to work with Sean through the buying process. He answered all of our questions, but gave just enough input so that we could make the decision without feeling any pressure.
All of the team at Rahal are efficient and very customer service oriented!!

I purchased a 2016 BMW X6 50i. I was an out-of-state buyer and Amir made the process smooth and easy. They accidentally charged a fee twice and mailed the refund without me having to ask. Title and registration was very prompt.
Just got a call suggesting I up-grade my toyota to a newer model....do some homework ...I have only about 6 thousand miles on the rav.... I'm not about to give it up yet!!!!! Please don't call without knowing the facts.

Yesterdays experience was awful (as you can see from my previous post)! Because the offer on the Lease was so good and I've loved my last 2 Toyotas, I decided that today was a new day and I would give Rahal Toyota a chance to rectify the previous days horrible experience! Understand that I was prepared to walk away from Toyota for good, but thankfully, I drove away in my new 2018 Corolla.
Today was like a whole new dealership! I walked in and was instantly greeted by Ahmir. Jeff was ready for our appointment. Eric had my paperwork in hand and explained everything thoroughly, answering every question along the way. The Finance Manager, Deana, was a phenomenal support in the entire process and Garth, the technology specialist made sure I understood all the gadgets in my new Corolla. Even making sure my phone was connected before I left.
I would certainly recommend visiting Rahal Toyota during the DAY and not the evening. I would also ask for Ahmir! He was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't get a chance to work with him but he was the friendliest sales persons on the floor. If you are looking to talk to someone on the phone, ask for Jeff!

I had a 4pm appointment to pick up my new Lease! I walked in the front door to see a manager sitting at the front desk who never lifted his head to welcome me, or even say a word. I waited a few minutes before clearing my voice, "excuse me I'm here to see Jeff." At that the manager said, "I'm not sure where he is. He's somewhere." I waited a few minutes more until Jeff finally came to the front desk and just stared. I introduced myself and he simply said, "Oh, is it 4? I thought it was only 3pm." To make a long awful story short. We waited in the show room 55minutes while Jeff worked with another customer, even though I had an appointment at 4pm. Jeff's attitude and actions surprised me as we had talked, in depth, the last few days and he had been a tremendous help; finding me a deal I was extremely pleased with. I understand that people get behind but this was ridiculous and to top it off, his colleagues were rude, no one else offered to talk to us (or even a smile!). We left! I love Toyota and I hope if I ever decide to return to pick up my vehicle, we are treated better! I drove an hour to this dealership because we had a bad experience with the Toyota Service department near my home and I was going to turn my Camry in and not Lease with Toyota a 3rd time. Service Department is bad at one Toyota Dealership and the Sales Department is bad at another. I just can't win! What a shame!
My family drove nearly two hours to Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg. Justin Stoner and the team could not have been more delightful to deal with. He was very helpful and friendly and we felt no pressure during the proccess. Once we agreed on a deal, he and the team really hustled to ensure they got us into our new car and out the door that afternoon. Thank you Justin and team for everything!
